Arrived quickly, new and sturdy. The installation manual is a bit unclear but I got through it. The seat is comfortable to ride when you simply don’t want to stand up and has a good shock absorber which surprised me. Im pleased with it because I used over $90 of my Rewards points toward the total cost.

Good little seat. Some all thread and some minor modification it'll fit just about any scooter. Really nice for longer commutes.

This seat is awesome for my ninebot max! It fits perfectly and makes it so i can sit down and ride it or i can put the seat up and ride the scooter normally without taking the seat off. Love it!

I liked the Segway Ninebot Max G30LP Scooter but ended up returning it since my use case with the scooter included the seat. I tried ordering three of these seats from Best Buy and each one was defective. The clip securing the position for the post in the middle of the seat post didn't wrap all the way around to the column of the post and so it was loose and insecure. This resulted in the seat slipping down real low after riding for awhile. It got to the point where it was too low and so I would have to stop and adjust the seat several times during an otherwise pleasant ride on the Ninebot Max. But each seat had the same problem so I ended up return both the seat and the scooter and purchased a scooter from another manufacturer which included a good and solid seat to go with it.

Works really well on my Ninebot G30 Max. I find you have better control and maneuvering with the seat. Love it!!

It is great to use if you use your scooter for work and when u get off work

Instructions explain well how to set up the seat but I had a hard time making time making it all work until I raised the scooter and supported it straight to fit the lower plastic pieces. The seat is extremely uncomfortable and with my weight the spring inside is practically useless. It is a seat, that's the only given.

The installation has little problem, but it still easy to instal it on. Over all the seat is not comfortable! I paid $120 for it! Not worth the price.

It's a great add on but only if you're riding long distances and your legs want a break without stopping. It makes you slightly less stable and lowers your vision so it's harder to see sticks and stuff as well. I'd like to see a better locking mechanism for the seat pole as it sometimes slides down when I'm sitting on it

The seat positions well with the scooter. The problem I am having is with the clamp that is supposed to hold the seat to the height desired. It does not hold no matter what I do. I am 200 pounds and that is probably a factor. Nevertheless the only way for me to use the seat is at the shortest height. I am 5'10" and it is not a major issue because I can still use it BUT I don't have the option of a higher seat. I will probably need to drill a couple of holes through the pipe and use a bolt to fix it to the height I need. That way it won't slip. Also the suspension on the seat is maxed out at my weight and so I really don't have suspension. They need a stronger spring for the seat. Those are my issues. Having said that...I am very happy with the Segway G30LP and the seat was packaged as a bonus with my purchase. It's doable and I will use it as is and later drill the hole.

Didn’t fit , wrong size but said it was the right one . Had to send back .
