    Really fun ride, with a reliable scooter built from the top manufacturer. The regen braking absorbs any coast you would have when you take off the throttle. Shocks are game changer for Maxx

    That very nice scooter but the problem was screen stop can't drive anymore, for I'm sure I like that kind of scooter and, I'm going to buy again.

    Bluetooth Stopped Working

    I bought this scooter in August 2025. It worked fine for 5 weeks and then stopped connecting via Bluetooth to my phone and the scooter is now locked an unable to be used as a result. I performed all the troubleshooting tips listed on the Segway website, spent hours on the phone with Segway customer support, took it in to a Segway official repair center, none of which solved the issue. After researching the issue extensively online, it sounds like this is a frequent problem with no solution. Buyer beware.

    During my second ride the scooter quit working. The error code was of little help. After looking over the scooter I realized the break lever was active for no reason. After inspecting and taking apart the lever I figured out what was wrong and after reassembly the scooter works fine now. After spending a lot of money, I should have to fix it so soon. The main reason I went with Segway was in hopes the battery won’t catch fire.

    Absolutely amazing scooter suspension is perfect id like it if it went 7 mph faster but other then that Absolutely 0 complaints at all

    Do not touch this thing with a 10 foot pole. I've had this thing for 3 months and have been involved in 3 accidents, none of them at a fault of my own. In one case, the front wheel separated from the stem, leading me to faceplant on a downward slope. The second time, a bolt connecting the suspension to the wheels separated, sending me sideways nearly into traffic. The third time, the throttle wouldn't disengage. Use the brakes, right? No, they're regen brakes with a weak front drum brake. Had I not bailed from the scooter there is a very real chance I would not be writing this right now. And for the grand finale, the unit no longer charges. Customer service is incredibly less than helpful. If you order it on Segways website, they'll send you a replacement, but not if you go through best buy. So I'm stuck with a paperweight with no way to get between work and classes, not having another reliable mode of transportation. Please, please find another scooter, don't risk your life on this one.

    A good well built electric scooter. Styling is a little dated and App does not allow multiple users, which is insane.

    The scooter rode great. Bought the more expensive version because of the alarm/find my features. However, the alarm needs upgrading. Great for campus . . . Until it got stolen.

    Impressed by ride. App works perfectly and gives me great data. This is my second Segway and so far so good.
