I’ve had these scooters for a year now and they’re perfect never had any issues with these. They charge good they ride good especially the hydraulic part if you hit a hole or a bump you’ll be okay. 100% recommend.

Didnt know i needed this. Till now this summer has been lame... Fractured 2 ribs from a fall in my back yard. Been doing a whole lot of nothing since April. This scooter makes me smile it scares me a little bit.... havent even pushed it the full 22 mph. The ride is smooth i love the App, the security features, the feel of the open road its also a great conversation starter. This summer just heated up a bit in a good way im sure there are better/similar products out there just know this im one completely satisfied customer with no regrets thank you BestBuy for a great delivery and the wonderful customer service

When i was going downhill at 22 mph the motor glitched and auto braked with throatle all the way down. Almost fell off the scooter when there were cars going next to me on the road. I was so scared. And the rear splay thing is so noisy and loud. It gets about 15 miles on sport plus. So heavy to carry it around. I returned it before i killed my back. Also the light is not bright enough for 1000$. Totally not worth it.

Love my purchase, its fast and the mileage i get on one charge is amazing. Its does everything i need it to and more.

I have been eyeing this scooter and when they had it 50% off for Black Friday I jumped!! Completely worth every penny being in the city I can enjoy my day on it and still have enough power to get home.

A great scooter very reliable the battery never seemed to go bad and always felt like I was gonna make it wherever I was trying to make it

I purchased it for my nieces and nephews. I worked out great, I put it in eco mode which made the speed slightly slower, eventually after my niece and nephew got use to it I switched the setting to slightly faster! We used them to ride around during Christmas and enjoy the lights. Also it’s easy for adults to use.

Best scooter ever! Been using it daily for almost a year. Haven't had any problems. 10/10 for Best Buy and 10/10 for Segway.

I pre-ordered this scooter from Best Buy when it came out, and for the first few months it was a pleasure to ride. However, Segway releases periodic firmware updates to the scooter. The last one ended up BRICKING my scooter, turning it into a 60 lb. paperweight. (It would not even power on.) I read about others with the same experience. That was October. I sent it back across the country for repair, like they asked. It is almost January and I have not heard from them. Each time I write they say they're working on it. That's nearing a QUARTER OF A YEAR that I've been without it because of a software error they pushed out without testing. So please beware. Perhaps avoid buying this model or buying from Segway. Or, if you do, be wary about installing their software updates.

It’s great on the roads and they seem pretty fast! The G30 and the Max G2 are both awesome!

Tall handlebars for taller riders. Wide deck to accommodate riding with feet side by side. Comfortable suspension. Cannot maintain top speed going up hills.

Bought this scooter after reading several reviews about electric scooters, I live in NYC so the scooter water resistance and general performance was the main reason I choose this one. I have use it to go work (10+ miles) without compromising more than 30% of battery
