After 60 miles with this scooter, I can say that this is an awesome product. The 3 drive modes let you easily manage the type of ride you’d like to have. Cruise mode is perfect for city riding (like in dt Orlando), While sport mode with the unlock-able top speed of 22 mph is perfect for going long distances and trail riding. Here is a breakdown of my thoughts: Pros: 1. The range is amazing! I weigh 200 lbs and have gone on numerous long distance rides with no range anxiety 2. The suspension makes it a buttery smooth ride over any bumps, cobblestone, and sidewalk transitions. Compared to my other scooter with no suspension, it makes a HUGE difference. 3. Easy to carry and store in the car with the fold and lock design 4. Cruise control can be enabled by holding the turn signal for 2 seconds. This is massively convenient! 5. Acceleration is great. Turn signals are useful. 6. The grips are super thick and grippy Cons: 1. The set up was a little wonky on the app on the first day, but the built in chat support got me sorted pretty quickly 2. When the scooter goes below 75% charge, the top speed is limited to 19 mph. 3. You cannot change the drive mode while riding. You have to stop in order to change from eco to cruise to sport Overall the pros far outweigh the cons and I can’t recommend this scooter enough. If you find this on sale, buy it! If you use a Best Buy cc you can pay it off over the course of a year. Can’t recommend enough!

I had 2 x G30’s for the past 5 years. I keep one spare scooter for visitors. Also bought the G30LP two years ago and was disappointed with that one. It’s smaller & lighter, yes, but no suspension, different external charger, etc. A bit of a downgrade IMO. I live in Hollywood, CA and TWO scooters were robbed from my own garage two weeks ago, so I bought the G2… The G2 is a major upgrade! I live in a house downtown, so I don’t need to fold it for commuting or taking it into an apartment or anything - I’ve probably only needed to fold down scooters 2 or 3 times a year to pack into my car. So many people write negative things about the weight of the G2.. As an avid scooter user, which is my main method of transport, I don’t see anyone mentioning the huge safety upgrade. G2 has suspension, indicators, way better acceleration (for intersections - I hated getting the nod to go, and then take off like a snail - not anymore), upgraded handlebar safety release, better front and rear lights, proper reflectors, etc. It’s a road built scooter!! I’ve only had it a week now.. but the suspension means that I no longer have to jump unearned sidewalks for fear of popping a tyre. The added power with the newer model is very noticeable. Personally, I don’t like those cheap scooters that go 40/50 miles an hour - that’s too much IMHO. This G2 is stable and reliable.

Bought this for my son to use at college. It has been great for running errands and roaming around campus. Great battery life, speed as advertsed, smooth operation. Well thought out controls. Light for night use is great. I caught the blinker switch on something and it broke off. I ordered a replacement before I figured out it just snapped right back in place. We paid $799 and now it's a steal at $699. I'm 68 and enjoy riding it around the neighborhood.

This was a Gift to my son for college. He uses it every day & glad i bought Segway. Battery lasts a week & is a very sturdy bike. Excellent product for day to day commute.

This scooter has been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our son to get around college campus quickly and safely. It has worked perfectly so far. The range is ideal for using it throughout the day, and he simply charges it at night so it’s ready again the next morning. The brand is reliable, the build quality is great, and it truly feels like an investment that pays off every single day. Very happy with this purchase.

I’ve owned a total of seven electric scooters and this is by far my favorite. Suspension is awesome, blinkers and other lighting were designed well, 22 mph feels screaming fast, and the app adds some nice features and customizations. After six days of use, no issues on either scooter (we own two). You can switch between modes while riding by double-tapping the power switch, which is contrary to what one reviewer said, but I tested it last night and it works perfectly. Just keep in mind that taking a hand off the handlebar is somewhat risky, so you’re always better off stopping first. I know some users have reported overheating issues with the motor, but I haven’t experienced that problem. I weigh 187 and I ride up hills frequently. I’ll update my review if anything changes.

Excellent product. I feel like a genius for buying it before the release date for $799. For what I got, it seems like a great deal. The top speed on mine is set at 20 mph. It’s very fast and I’m not interested in setting it to 22. This is my first scooter. The suspension is nice. I’m 60 years old and I consider myself to be above average strength for my age, and while i have no problem carrying it, I could easily see 60 year old-plus people being bummed out by the weight of the scooter. I live on the first floor but still have to walk up steps to enter the building. Carrying it open, rather than folded, is way, way easier for me. I weigh 210 pounds and was surprised when I encountered a very steep hill that the scooter just stopped on. Would not go. Hills that are less steep it goes up, just at a slower speed. It does not go 43 miles on a charge, it goes less than 20 for me. But any trip over a few miles feels kind of impractical on a scooter anyway, so it’s fine. I haven’t owned a car in four years, and I’m proud of that. This is a nice addition to my walking.

I really love the suspensions. It helps a lot with going through bumpy roads. The battery life is also great since i don’t have to worry about chargin it too often. The fact that you can set up a code so that you need to input a code when turned on is great for security unlike the E3 where the lock only works if you leave the scooter on.

Great scooter, I have own my Ninebot G2 max for four months now and it has been a good investment to get around town.

I would give a 4.5 ⭐️ Everything is amazing on it: • Amazing adjustable suspension for an all around smooth comfy ride • Surprisingly Nimble once you get the hang of it with making tight turns • Good in Heat: I’ve been riding in Las Vega shear with 100F + temps with no issues, tho my routes are usually around a mile and on flat surfaces • App is great, tho I could do without • Footing Surface Area is Large • Regenerative Braking level options, love it Things I do not like: • It’s pretty large so it takes up a lot of space • Hefty at around 52lbs, takes some strength to lift & carry up and down a set of stairs.

I love this scooter. I bought the g30 for a family member, and this one for myself. This one is far and away better with the suspension and blinkers. I love the speed modes + cruise control option for ease of use. The peace of mind that comes from the automatic shut off when it's finished charging is great because it doesn't risk catching on fire like some other brands of electric scooters. It's a bit heavy, but not too heavy. It's more awkward and bulky, but I can still get it in and out of my car if I need to. The turn radius is kind of terrible when taking it in and out of work/school, but it's to be expected. It's not a deal breaker. I love that it doesn't tip over easily even if not collapsed.

Good design and build quality. Very easy set-up. Unit is a bit heavier compared to similar models, but it does not effect ride quality in any manner. Havent tested full range, but speed max's out as advertised.

Amazing scooter! Highly recommended! It is a tad heavier than some others, but well worth it for the features, safety and security. I’ve already ridden over so many bumps on roads that I’m certain most other scooters wouldn’t be able to handle.

Ride is excellent and plenty of power. The ride feels solid and the features in the app make it feel premium. It goes about as fast as I would want at 22 Mph and the battery is solid.

This scooter was exactly what I was expecting. Powerful enough to get around quickly, able to tackle most hills, and a safe, stable ride. It handles bumps and potholes better than rental scooters, and is faster than rental scooters. What it’s not: the speed won’t blow your mind and it also doesn’t seem dangerously fast, but it’s just fast enough to get around comfortably. The battery lasts quite a while, and charges fast. Honestly have no complaints.

I sold my Jeep to cut costs moving back home to Chicago and copped this shortly after. This is my first scooter & I love everything about it! It has the best suspension in its price range, not too many others have it. It also has cruise control, speedy, & rides smooth. My only con is that the speed is throttled when the battery gets low (caps around 18 mph) & there isn’t any way to override that. The app itself is pretty good & intuitive. This thing has already paid for itself. Highly recommend!!!

Worth every penny spent. Quailty is really nice and the battery last a long time. I weigh 240 and it drives me around with ease. I originally bought this for my daughter and she loves it but when i have the chance i get on it.

This is an amazing scooter! It’s very reliable and rides smooth and comfortable! Allows easy and transport . It’s also amazing value for the price and all the bells and whistles!
