It's my first scooter. It looks very well made. The range will never be 40 miles (it's extremaly boring drive it on ECO mode). Always using the SPORT mode you should get 25 miles range (at least). Suspension makes it comfortable but nothing like WOW. Its ok. That's an extremaly heavy scooter, it's uncomfortbale to handle (even if you fold it). Very good scooter for begginers and the app works very well.

Great experience with driving for first time fast and secure filling like flying in the air absolutely amazing experience now I use all days for going to work wow arrived early !!! At work nice

For the price I paid for the scooter it is a phenomenal by one of my favorite things about this scooter is the fact that you only need a power cable to charge it and not a brick The suspension is awesome the app is very useful and offers many features not found on other scooter or scooter apps the speed is perfect the range is adequate for day-to-day use the scooter is durable the tires are very grippy and resistant to punctures there are turn signals and a nice loud horn the handlebars are perfect the deck is large and comfortable the headlight is in the perfect spot if I had one gripe about this scooter it would be the folding latch it's annoying but it works.

My son LOVES this scooter. He's a college football player, so I was worried about how it may hold up hauling a linebacker around campus daily. He has had zero issues, and swears the time he saves not driving his truck and hunting a parking space has raised his GPA :)

Fast but feels stable, absorbing shocks properly, fun and efficient to ride. The only downside I can think of is that the find device option is only available on iPhone and not Android, so I'm a little concerned if it ever gets stolen.

Love this Segway scooter. Has plenty of power, battery life is good. Only will take about a 22-25% hill grade with out using extra pushes from your foot to get up the hill without stopping. Anything under that it works great. Takes a little while to charge completely.

I LOVE this scooter lol. Maybe the best purchase I've ever made. It gets me where I need to go, it's fast and reliable and great going uphill. I highly recommend this to anyone needing cheap transportation or just something fun to ride. I seriously love it

Very Comfortable Ride. Excellent Range, Amazing Build Quality Heavy Duty very stable. Apple integration nice touch. And if you ask me the best choice compared to competitors. That cost more. But the Segway MaxG2 just a better value in every way.

Excellent power & efficiency compared to the F35. Strong constant power going up hills with a high grade. The alarm feature and signal indicators are great. The app is very useful. The ride is great and being able to adjust the rear suspension is a great feature.

Exceptional all throughout. High quality gauge materials, and a powerful motor that will effortlessly climb hills, even for a 205lb guy like myself living in Colorado.

Picked this up as an upgrade from an older Segway. The speed is perfect and the range is awesome! Only thing I dont like is the turn signals I keep bumping the switch while riding.

Smooth experience so far with this scooter. Best Buy pick-up process was a breeze. The deck is a good size, the shocks work well and the speed is more than quick enough for most riders. Riding around at full speed, I'm seeing around 25 miles of actual range - which is more than enough.
