The range will never be 40 miles (it's extremaly boring drive it on ECO mode). Always using the SPORT mode you should get 25 miles range (at least). Suspension makes it comfortable but nothing like WOW. Its ok. That's an extremaly heavy scooter, it's uncomfortbale to handle (even if you fold it). Very good scooter for begginers and the app works very well.

Older new to me

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.For the price I paid for the scooter it is a phenomenal by one of my favorite things about this scooter is the fact that you only need a power cable to charge it and not a brick The suspension is awesome the app is very useful and offers many features not found on other scooter or scooter apps the speed is perfect the range is adequate for day-to-day use the scooter is durable the tires are very grippy and resistant to punctures there are turn signals and a nice loud horn the handlebars are perfect the deck is large and comfortable the headlight is in the perfect spot if I had one gripe about this scooter it would be the folding latch it's annoying but it works.

Sturdy enough for a linebacker

He's a college football player, so I was worried about how it may hold up hauling a linebacker around campus daily. He has had zero issues, and swears the time he saves not driving his truck and hunting a parking space has raised his GPA :)

Fantastic so far

The only downside I can think of is that the find device option is only available on iPhone and not Android, so I'm a little concerned if it ever gets stolen.

Great scooter, decent price if on sale for 1000

Only will take about a 22-25% hill grade with out using extra pushes from your foot to get up the hill without stopping. Anything under that it works great. Takes a little while to charge completely.

Ninebot Kickstart Electric Scooter

Strong constant power going up hills with a high grade. The alarm feature and signal indicators are great. The app is very useful. The ride is great and being able to adjust the rear suspension is a great feature.

Good and comfortable scooter

The speed is perfect and the range is awesome! Only thing I dont like is the turn signals I keep bumping the switch while riding.

Great Scooter with Decent Speed and Range

Best Buy pick-up process was a breeze. The deck is a good size, the shocks work well and the speed is more than quick enough for most riders. Riding around at full speed, I'm seeing around 25 miles of actual range - which is more than enough.
