I have two Ninebot Max G30LP scooters as well. Compared to the Max G30LPs, the Max G2 feels too powerful. It's hard to control the speed in the sports mode - it either goes full speed or slows down to a stop. Suspension is fine, bit overhyped in my opinion. The scooter is bigger and heavier, though.

Setup through the app leaves something to be desired as the interface isn’t great and stuff like letting two users access the scooter at different times is still something I’m working on, instructions provided don’t work. The fenders are great for riding in the rain and the traction is awesome compared to riding my gravel bike. It’s become my daily commuter. Would say to be very careful with the accelerator setting bc I can see it taking off if you don’t have it setup to engage at push off. I’m in San Francisco and have been impressed with how many hills it takes. Having said all that, the cons for me are: 1, this bad boy is HEAVY. 2: The fenders are very thin, practically flimsy, I can see myself being a little too comfortable moving it and cracking them by hitting a wall/curb. I wish the horn came with different sounds and that the front light could be set to strobe.

Worth the money

Chose this scooter because Segway is an established brand that I can count on in case I have issues. The scooter is great. Love everything about it except the display, which I think could be better during the day.

Great fun scooter

I have been enjoying riding it. I love that I can fold it up and carry it into places. I would recommend this model for adults as it is very powerful and small children would have difficulty controlling it.
