Easy to operate and use reliably. Never rode on an e scooter before and it didn't take me long to get used to riding it around the city. Only complaint is there's no suspension but the pneumatic ten inch tires help to soften small bumps.

Very nice build quality and easy to setup. Breaks and acceleration feel great. Really easy to navigate around smooth ground. Does not work well in snow, grass, or bumps. Range is a little misleading because on max speed closer to half the max range.

This scooter have been true to all specs so far. It’s durable and miles per charge is pretty accurate

I am very fortunate to be able to live and work in the same town. When I saw this Segway for half off, I thought to myself, "Well. Why not?" and got one last month. My biggest regret was not doing this sooner. I have saved at least $75 in gas this month just riding around this scooter. Not only am I saving gas by doing my 10 mile round trip commute to work and back with this scooter, but I have also been doing errands around town in this scooter. This scooter has since been my "around town" form of mobility, only using my car when I am no longer riding solo or out of town. Some downsides I've encountered with this scooter is that it does lose a lot of battery when it's cold outside. I lost around 21% riding 5 miles when it was around 60F (15C.) Today, it was 48F (9 C) outside. I lost 32% doing the same 5 miles. Another downside is that this scooter loses a lot of speed on steep hills. I've had to find alternative routes to get to work as a result. Not a great scooter to own if you live around places with lots of hills (ex: I wouldn't buy this scooter if I lived in San Francisco.) Fortunately for me, both downsides are minor for me which makes it a winner for me! Just something to keep in mind for other folks considering buying the scooter. Overall, I am very satisfied with this scooter and am glad I have a way to get around town while saving money on gas.

Quick, good range, and sturdy. The app works fairly well, had. Little trouble syncing it with Apple for “Find My” capabilities.

Helps going to work and locations. Decent battery life and is a lot of fun to use.

Scooped this up recently and have had with a blast with it since opening the box. App is easy to use and connect. Fun to ride around just about everywhere. I have found that anything other than sport mode just isn’t fast enough and due to that I don’t get any where near the range on it. But I’m riding it around at full throttle just about everywhere. It runs a solid 17-18mph depending on grade. Great scooter for the money, tires do a decent job as shock absorbing but a suspension setup would be even better if you are looking for that type of ride.

Delivery: received product on time and in excellent condition. Setup: Setup was easy and scooter was ready in 5 min connection and account setup with segway ap took few minutes, however, that was not difficult. Weight: its little heavy and big, take significant space in car trunk, if someone need to climb stairs with it then it can be a concern. Overall Scooter is very good, with fast response time and didn't observed any issues, used the scooter on paved road and unpaved trails and it worked as expected, while trying to ride on large grass in park it was little slow. I am having fun with it.

so this have a great build so it’s a good scooter for regular use like I use for my college and my work as well so like it’s pretty much convenient and the company is very good. You can trust like at this price point. This scooter offer for the scooter is returned on investment you should buy.

I got this for my 10 y/o son to commute to school on. It is a little on the tall side, is nice and stable for him and his school stuff. It has no issues pulling him up hills and over everything even with it on medium power setting. The battery life is great. My only complaint is that it struggles under my weight when I attempt to borrow it for short trips around the area. It comes with a 220lb weight limit, and I am only about 170. At under 80% of its rated capacity, it should be able to get me up hills on max power. I find that I need to push off a lot on steep ones. For my son, at only 75 lbs, he will be on it for some time before he has the same issue.
