    The package was delivered and the box was damaged. We took it out of the box to charge and it didn't keep a charge. We are returning this item.

    I bought the scooter I couldn't activate it, I returned it and bought another one. I am unable to activate again. I'm following the instructions but the scooter doesn't work. :(

    Had battery problems within 90 days of use - Segway support website is very poor and its very hard to get in touch with them.

    Looks well built and felt sturdy. First one we received did not have a charger. Second one sat on the charger all night and didn’t work the next day. Flashing red light and alarm.

    Sad Christmas

    The scooter was plugged in yesterday for the first time since my daughter received it as a Christmas present. We tried turning it on 4 hours later and the red light blinked that it was still dead. We plugged it back in this morning to allow a few more hours to charge and it still is showing a red blinking light. The plug has a green light in the middle. Not sure what the issue is but I have a sad six year old who can’t ride her Christmas present. Didn’t have issues like this with my oldest daughters gotrax scooter.

    It’s slow. Bought for our 8 year old girl and she was disappointed how slow it was. We returned it because of this.

      Thank you for your review! We are sorry the unit did not meet your daughter's needs. We limit the childrens' units speeds for safety. We have more adult versions that have higher top speeds.
