Activation does not work

I am unable to activate again. I'm following the instructions but the scooter doesn't work. :(

Our units do not usually have the described issues. Sad Christmas

We tried turning it on 4 hours later and the red light blinked that it was still dead. We plugged it back in this morning to allow a few more hours to charge and it still is showing a red blinking light. The plug has a green light in the middle. Not sure what the issue is but I have a sad six year old who can’t ride her Christmas present. Didn’t have issues like this with my oldest daughters gotrax scooter.

Very slow

Posted .Thank you for your review! We are sorry the unit did not meet your daughter's needs. We limit the childrens' units speeds for safety. We have more adult versions that have higher top speeds.
