Disappointed

Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Horrible.... my child got for Christmas.. so she is final ready to be outside and ride her scooter and she is soo disappointed. She goes faster on her regular push scooter than this one. We have charged the battery and it still does not go fast. Very sad and upset.

Not the Best Buy

The stored refused to exchange the gray (which doesn’t arrive by Christmas Day) for the blue one as an exception.

Very disappointed

When I went back to store the service was not good or helpful. Not sure if I’ll shop there again as I have way more options

Cheaply made product

Came broken

Poor ride time

Will buy it again and will recommend it 100%

Scan QR code on handle bars first!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Went together quickly and put them on the charger. After maybe 2 hours they charged. Kids and I couldn’t find out how to activate the turbo mode. I will have to look again, maybe I missed it, but I didn’t notice how in the instruction manual. But on the handle bars there is a QR code. We scanned it and watched the quick tutorial video. Within seconds the man says you must drive it at least 0.6 miles before turbo mode works. After we found that out the kids are happy and love them! Fit our 9 and 11 year old perfectly.
