Wonderful product Rides smooth easy to balance and safe

I recently purchased the Ninebot Scooter C9 for my 8-year-old daughter, and I must say that she absolutely loves it. The scooter is not only stylish but also very safe and easy for kids to use. However, there is one aspect that could use improvement - the battery life.

Bought three for our grandkids. A little big for our 3 and 4 year old, but perfect for our 5 year old.

The scooters seem nice and well built, but the only thing id say is they dont go as fast as they say they do.

This isn't just a review of a defective product, but a testament to the grueling ordeal that passes for customer service at Segway. I purchased a Segway scooter, envisioning joy and mobility for my child. Instead, I received a product that was dead on arrival – a clear sign of deficient quality control. Naively, I assumed that a reputable brand like Segway would handle this issue swiftly and empathetically. I couldn't have been more wrong. Initiating the customer service process was like stepping into a Kafkaesque realm where logic and accountability cease to exist. My numerous pleas for a reasonable resolution were met with a robotic adherence to policy, utterly devoid of empathy or practicality. The 'support' I received from Jane at Segway customer service was a masterclass in bureaucratic stonewalling. Segway's idea of 'resolving' the issue was to shove the entire burden onto me. They generously offered a pre-paid shipping label to return the defective scooter – as if shipping the product back was the pinnacle of customer concern. Any further steps, including the actual repair and return of the scooter, were ambiguously outlined and implied additional costs at my expense. The message was clear: "Your problem now." What's utterly astonishing is the sheer audacity of a brand that expects customers to be grateful for the privilege of navigating their labyrinthine repair process. It's a process that's not just inconvenient but also laden with potential costs, all for a product that should never have passed quality control in the first place. This experience has been a stark reminder that not all brands value their customers. Segway, once a name I associated with innovation and quality, has shown that their priorities lie elsewhere. If you're in the market for a scooter, consider this review a warning. There are brands out there that will respect your patronage and stand behind their products. Segway, based on my harrowing experience, is not one of them. Proceed with caution, or better yet, steer clear.

Great for younger kids, my 7 year old handles it well. May not be fast enough for older kids.

Havent put it together yet, but have high expectations. The box was only miminally crushed.
