    Good scooter, poor quality control

    I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my daughter and she was super excited when she unwrapped the box. Segway makes good products as they always keep safety and mind and their app is very helpful and easy to navigate. Setup was quick and easy and my daughter is able to see all of stats right in her phone. I removed one star due to a lack of quality control in the lug nut cover design. The front tire lug nuts have a cheap plastic bumper cover to protect them from dust, water and other small debris’s I would imagine. On my daughter’s first go around, the left side lug nut bumper cover just fell off and broke. While I don’t think it will affect the functionality of the scooter, it doesn’t look good especially.

    I got this to commute daily because the traffic is bumper to bumper for me to get to work. I commute 9 miles each way and do it in 40 minutes. I’ve owned it for a month and it feels really solid. I’ve gotten compliments on the look too. I really love the scooter and I’m thinking of getting a faster more expensive Segway down the line. I totally recommend this one if you’re looking for reliable daily commuter or for zipping around.

    Awesome product, my 10 year old son loves this and he takes wherever we go and he made a good YouTube video about it too in his channel, great worth of money spent. I would recommend this product to everyone who wanted to own a electric scooter for daily chores and wanted to have a fun ride..

    It is a heavy well made scooter. Overall quality is above average. Only downside is its max speed isn’t quite as advertised even with a 95 lb rider. And going up hill it does drop in speed even more. But I’m sure they all do that unless you buy one costing double what this one did.

    So far they seem worth it. My pre teens have been able to work with ease. I wish was able to control the function on the app, they discovered how to unlock for faster speeds, 21 to 25 kmh...After research, I feel this was a great choice for beginners.

    Solid Scooter for my 11-year-old. Easy to use, with nice lights/LEDs, so it is definitely drivable at night. Struggles with small uphill rides unless on Sport setting.

    Great fit for my not quite 5’ , 10yr old boy. He loves it so far. Quick enough to keep up with other friends who prefer bikes (but not so fast I worry about him being reckless). Easily gets up hills in neighborhood and charge keeps up with him and his typical 10+ hr play days on the weekend w/ friends. Headlight and tail lite were a must for me as he often waits till dusk to head home. Would buy again

    Segway e2 plus ninebot E-Scooter

    After my workplace had a change in management, my bike suddenly became a safety issue, and i was told to not bring to work anymore, so i saved some money and got me this escooter, it goes 20 mph, which is faster than my old bike, and i don't need to worry about the tires or gears anymore, only thing i do need to worry about is the charge which can take anywhere between 3 to 6 hours to fully charge it, so far its been one of the best purchases I've made recently, I love this scooter
