I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my daughter and she was super excited when she unwrapped the box. Segway makes good products as they always keep safety and mind and their app is very helpful and easy to navigate. Setup was quick and easy and my daughter is able to see all of stats right in her phone. I removed one star due to a lack of quality control in the lug nut cover design. The front tire lug nuts have a cheap plastic bumper cover to protect them from dust, water and other small debris’s I would imagine. On my daughter’s first go around, the left side lug nut bumper cover just fell off and broke. While I don’t think it will affect the functionality of the scooter, it doesn’t look good especially.

Awesome product, my 10 year old son loves this and he takes wherever we go and he made a good YouTube video about it too in his channel, great worth of money spent. I would recommend this product to everyone who wanted to own a electric scooter for daily chores and wanted to have a fun ride..

Great fit for my not quite 5’ , 10yr old boy. He loves it so far. Quick enough to keep up with other friends who prefer bikes (but not so fast I worry about him being reckless). Easily gets up hills in neighborhood and charge keeps up with him and his typical 10+ hr play days on the weekend w/ friends. Headlight and tail lite were a must for me as he often waits till dusk to head home. Would buy again

Serves it purpose well. I can't comment about the range as I've never ridden it for more than 5miles but it seems good. Finally the build quality is top notch.

After my workplace had a change in management, my bike suddenly became a safety issue, and i was told to not bring to work anymore, so i saved some money and got me this escooter, it goes 20 mph, which is faster than my old bike, and i don't need to worry about the tires or gears anymore, only thing i do need to worry about is the charge which can take anywhere between 3 to 6 hours to fully charge it, so far its been one of the best purchases I've made recently, I love this scooter

Solid Scooter for my 11-year-old. Easy to use, with nice lights/LEDs, so it is definitely drivable at night. Struggles with small uphill rides unless on Sport setting.

I really enjoyed watching my grandchildren ride up and down our driveway after receiving the nine bot scooter! My granddaughter whom I bought it for was thrilled. The scooter dosent go too fast. It’s perfect for her. She’s only 8 yrs old! Thank you for making this another memorable Holiday for our family.

Scooter was ok but not what I needed safety wise so I exchanged for the f30. I was right at the weight limit and I felt the speed just was not good esp on hills. But it could work for someone very new to trying scooters.

So far they seem worth it. My pre teens have been able to work with ease. I wish was able to control the function on the app, they discovered how to unlock for faster speeds, 21 to 25 kmh...After research, I feel this was a great choice for beginners.

It has good power and runs very well. My children are delighted with the purchase

I bought the Ninebot E2 Plus 2 in August and really liked it at first. A few months later it started accelerating to full speed on its own, even when I wasn’t touching the throttle. I turned off cruise control and updated the firmware, but the problem kept happening. Now the scooter will also shut off while riding, and when it does, the wheels lock up so it can’t even be pushed. This has happened several times, including once to my daughter while crossing a busy intersection — extremely dangerous. We’ve never seen an error code, and the scooter is only a few months old. I’ve contacted the company asking for a replacement under warranty, but I’m very disappointed that such serious safety issues are even possible on a new scooter.

The scooter feels very solid and easy to ride. Light enough to carry up 4 floors. The braking system is great. You have to get used to the braking as it works well.

Great little scooter. Won't bring my 230 lbs body faster then 13 mph but good overall

Its a great scooter ideal for people that want better transportability sinve its a lighter scooter it has puncture proof tites so you do feel lots of bumps

Great scooter for level solid ground. Wont work off road but will do great on a sidewalk.
