    Left knee pad fell off day 7 and on day 8 of having item it would no longer charge. Returned back to Best Buy. Best Buy customer service was amazing though!!

    When this item worked it was great. Super fast and very nice unit. The unit refused to turn on after 1 hour of use. The unit would not charge either.

    Segway went down hill after the sale. This product is horrible, the hardware won’t work without activating by the App which is so bad that couldn’t even connect to the server. I bet the company is closing soon. Don’t buy. Fell hard on day one use because of the App malfunction
