Awesome i love my purchase. I own the S1 also and the S2 has greatly improved on everything. Battery life is excellent and rider and user experience is done very well ! Best Buy texted and emailed me when it was ready for pick and received the item with no hassle they even offer to bring to my vehicle. Thank you Best Buy sale associates for great customer service.

My Segway S2 Ninebot is working great. I am using it to speed up my door to door calling for my sales work and it is even better than I hoped! I can cover more calls with less effort, especially on these hot days, and everyone is interested to see me coming. It has plenty of power and speed, and the recharge is easy. And it keeps me charged up too! Couldn’t be happier.

​I can't recommend the Segway Ninebot S2 enough. As someone who lives with a significant leg injury, I need a reliable and durable transportation device, and this Segway has exceeded all expectations. The battery life is fantastic, giving me peace of mind on long trips to the grocery store or when I'm running errands for Turo. The design is incredibly stable and intuitive, allowing for easy navigation through crowded areas. The controls are responsive, and the quality build gives me confidence on different terrains. It has significantly reduced the strain on my injured leg, allowing me to save my energy for essential tasks. From its compact design to its powerful performance, this device has a five-star rating in my book for its sheer practicality and reliability.

I upgraded from a previous Segway Ninebot S to the new S2 mostly for the extended range, a true 20 miles now. It also has slightly larger tires than before now with an all terrain tread. It's also easily powerful enough to climb up and down hills and compact enough and light enough (30lbs) to take on public transportation. The speed could be better than 12mph but that is really my only meh... and that's minor considering the power and range. About 200 miles on it so far and it's been great!

I have been riding these for 6 years now and have never had a issue,, i have the previous version of this product and it has over 400 miles on it and i have never had a issues..I actually use it daily to travel up and down long hallways at the jobsites i work.. the Segway Ninebot is a time saver for anybody who has a job that has lots of walking

Every time I buy something from Best Buy the name fits, it’s the Best Buy. This product has far exceeded my expectations it’s been so much more fun than I imagined. There was a couple difficulties getting the product ordered but the associates at the store did an amazing job helping me get everything taken care of and made it super easy and seamless.

Super duper good product easy to ride and it’s self balancing

My 9 year old daughter loves riding her Segway! She barrel races and these have become huge in the rodeo world! It has been a great purchase! You must follow the training video before it will let you go full speed.

Kids love it, they learn to ride it like a pro in less than 5 minutes after following the instructions that was read out in real time. So much fun playing music via Bluetooth. They can’t get enough of it. Just wish there was one with greater that 220lbs maximum load capacity.

Best Buy had the best price and it shipped out the next day after ordering it later in the day before it shipped. It arrived quickly and the packaging was amazing. I am very satisfied with my purchase and experience with buying from Best Buy.
