I got scammed by best buy or trucking company

I cant believe it happened with such a big company. But inside it was not a segway gt2. It was a chinese used scooter that was exchanged with the gt2 that i ordered. I been using best buy for more than 15 years. And after i get my money back from this fraud/scam. Im gonna delete my best buy account and act like this company doesnt exist.

I called Best Buy customer service and they said I cancelled it.. I told them if I cancelled it why would I be on the phone wondering what happened to my order? I didn’t cancel anything. Then either someone has access to my account how can we fix it? The guy seemed uninterested in helping me. 4 days later.. and I still don’t have a refund to buy the same item again . I paid $2400 with a gift card and I asked customer service how would I get the refund? The guy didn’t seem to be able to answer my question… such an huge inconvenience and waste of time.. as soon as this is fixed.. I won’t be back…

Very disappointed

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I ask if this GT2 Superscooter came with an immersion Engin Sound Motor I was told it did but come to find out it doesn’t and Segway doesn’t care if I’ve owed 8 Segway scooters they would not honor my request for it I spent over $4300 and this is what I get.

Posted .We are sorry if there was any misunderstanding, it does not come with a speaker. Only the Megatron LE has the external speaker included. It can be found on store.segway.com in the accessories or parts section (currently unavailable).

The speed is as advertised but idk if ill be going that fast all the time. Suspension is amazing and with the larger tires make it safer to run over small cracks or sidewalks.
