This is a great scooter with very nice features. I specificaly bought this for commuting in a city with hills. It is great at climbing heals and the regenrating feature is great when you descend. Both charge the scooter and controls the speed. Its price worth all the features and quality. The only cons I can think of are: _ It should be handled with both hands. _ There is no dedicated area to pass the chain or U-lock through. _ The design of the hook that attachs the folded handle to the body can be improved as it can be easily retracts on its own which can cause a damage to the screen if you accidentally push the handle bar when the hook is retracted (which I fixed by adding a small piece of Super Slide Felt pad; see the pictures) and you may drop the scooter if you pick it up when the hook is retracted. _ Handle bar is a bit high. I am 5'11 and I would like it more to have lower handle. It would be great if the handle height could be changed. Overall, I think all these cons could be solved if they improve their handle bar design and add a small handle somewhere on the handle (welded to the) bar that it could be used for both picking up the scooter with 1 hand and also be used to pass the chain or U lock through. Other than these cons the scooter is great! It is very smooth for city commute. You feel almost nothing going over the bumps. Very powerful motor with great acceleration which can also be controlled and customized through its app. So it can be used to have fun while can be customized to give a very smooth and safe riding experience.

This scooter is my first scooter and I really like it. Ive never ridden a scooter and I got comfortable with it in 1 day so it’s really good. It is also really nice and fast and I love the apps features since you can adjust the charging and make it charge a minimum of 80% to make the battery last longer. I ride it every day and it’s very fun and fast. The design is super nice and I like it with the X light which gets a lot of people’s attention.

I have only had the scooter about 2 weeks but it has been GREAT so far. It has plenty of power to get me up all the hills in my neighborhood and it has really smooth ride.

Well lol I know I won’t win the $400 gift card but I do love my scooter. It’s really fun. Solid build. 67 lbs is definitely a theft deterrent o top of the fact that it has apple find. Battery is great

Awesome scooter! We just purchased 2 segway scooters and wish we had done so earlier. So much fun and built very tough. Good throttle response and front and rear shocks are a must have. Headlights, brake lights and turns signals are great as well. If you are on the fence like we were just make the jump and get one of these fantastic scooters and you won't be disappointed.

This scooter is one of the best my kid has used. He uses it on a daily basis and it hasn’t had any problem he said one thing he wished the scooter did have was dual motors that way the back doesn’t create a lot of noise when a lot of weight is applied. But if your looking for a fast and durable scooter get the zt3 pro best of the best for a non super scooter.

This is our 2nd one to purchase . We upgraded from max 3 bc of the off road ride is amazing on the ZT3! Love the suspension the speed !!! Yes i highly recommend this Zt3 pro!!! Get you and your spouse one! I am 50 and our whole family enjoys riding Segway scooters!! Especially the ZT3

If you’re wanting a great scooter for any conditions (okay not counting loose sand) you want this Segway! Fast enough. Nimble. On or off the paved road. So worth the extra $$ versus smaller wheeled road models.

Simply OUTSTANDING! I looked and reviewed scooters pretty in-depth, and I was spot on right choosing the ZT3. I am 6'3" - 230 lbs, needed a strong frame with good footbase and of course, power. Check all 3 boxes! Some people talk of its weight but what do you expect - very sturdy all over. It is a remarkable suspension and easily handles going over an uneven lawn or terrain if you have to get off the road. Tires - bigger is better and these 11 inchers get it done. The "slotted" disk brakes are smooth and effective, certainly easy to adjust. Overall you can feel the strength of this frame and I never worry I am going to break it. As to power, now that I have over 100 miles (in 3 weeks) from neighborhood cruising I feel very comfortable and balanced on it. When you give it the throttle it is a smooth and powerful take off that gets you to full speed in seconds. I have been on some significant inclines and it comfortably handles them, and as well braking going down is very good. This is my first scoot, I am becoming more at home with it on every ride, such as needing to drive one handed if needed and taking turns both at speed and at 1 mph. The wide base allow me to move along with someone who is walking. Finally, the battery continues to exceed expectations. It really does charge quick, and I have kept it in sport/speed mode all of the time. Hauling my sizeable self around at moderate speeds, I figure I am getting near 30 miles to a charge. It is probably more, but whatever it is I am happy with it. I took it to near full 5 days ago and have used it ... a lot. My only con is I think the throttle is a little touchy, but again in the sport mode it is directing full power so it really should be a pro. The other modes do have a softer take off. Lighting is great, and the " X " light is attractive and effective. I am really glad I can write what I did, I wanted to be sure I didn't buy wrong. I liked what the Geek program offered so I got that too. Gotta go and check the neighborhood! All good.

Impossible to get fixed. And I would not suggest a scooter to anybody because of the customer service issues with the scooter and no repair stores other than major cities.

This scooter is very nicely engineered and designed . You can tell a lot of effort was put in to its design and build. It’s very powerful with top speed of 25 mph and has good range and will get you wherever you need to go. It’s a smooth ride with the built in suspension. Comparing to another scooter I have, this is much beefier and also heavier. It has some weight to it so carrying it up and down stairs is not effortless so keep that in mind. Overall it’s a powerful scooter and I love it.
