    Impossible to set up

    This item seems to be very low quality since it is unable to locate any 2.4Ghz wifi networks no matter how many times I reset it and ask it to search for networks again. The lamp I placed it in is only the length of a bed from the router, yet it says it cannot find any 2.4G networks despite the fact that I have 2. In addition, all my other devices that can only use 2.4G networks can see multiple of my neighbors' networks, while this device cannot. So since I cannot get this product to set up correctly, I just left it in place to work as a regular light bulb while waiting for a response from Sengled's customer service on why their product won't work. However, this device has a very annoying quirk. Since I can't get it to set up, any time I turn it on it turns on and off repeatedly to "pair". This is very annoying when I just woke up and am half asleep. I'm not sure how others got this device to install so easily. I'm comfortable installing and setting up devices while troubleshooting when necessary, yet this one has stumped me. If you are someone who is not very experienced troubleshooting malfunctioning devices I recommend getting another product instead.

    I don’t know how to connect to Bluetooth I followed the instructions but can’t connect till now .
