Dumb promo and no customer service

Then it didn't come at same time as the rest of my order. I returned what i ordered and didn't bring this because i ordered a lot that day and didn't know it came with 1 certain item. They wanted to charge me 20bucks so i said sure I'll return it later and get the 20 back. They said no it wont show as 20 so you wont get anything back. It made no sense and managers at best buy cant make decisions so dont even try to tell them how dumb something is. They just tell you the computer or system is that way. Not their fault.

Defective light bull

Junk light bulb

Not Reliable: Smart Light with Issues
