A fun bulb to have. Be different from your friends and neighbors. Use it as a "mood ring" of light bulbs....lol.

We are using 2 of the bulbs from the 4 pack and one of them keeps disconnecting.

Not sure what if I am missing out on something, but these bulbs are great. Only had them for three weeks, but no connectivity issues and works well with google!

great and easy to use and setup, didnt know the LED strip needed the hub - bought as 2 separate presents but ended up giving as one, but all in all i love it

Great lights. Very easy to use. The app on the voice is excellent-easy to control light colors and verbal commands are the best. Recommend these for practically any age.

The app isn’t as reliable with occasional connectivity issues. Love the preset color themes though.

It’s no Hue bulb but it’s the best affordable choice. Hue has better software and scenes however if your ballin on a budget this company is the way to go

So far so good with these colorful bulbs. No issues at all. We really enjoy the them. We connected them to our Alexa and it works great! Would recommend.

These are average for setup and work well. To me the setup was difficult to understand but able to figure out in the end.

Okay lights. Not what I expected. The hub seems like a waste

While not as refined as the Phillips Hue smart bulb, it still performs adequately and offers Alexa integration.

The Sengled Element Color Plus Smart LED Bulb (3 pack) w/ Hub is an excellent option for anyone looking to start their smart lighting adventure or add on to it. I currently have a 2nd generation Philips Hue bridge with an assortment of lights. The Sengled lights aren't compatible with the Philips Hue bridge, but that's not a problem. More about that later. Out of the box, the three included white & color lights are pre-paired with the included Sengled bridge. All you need to do is plug in the bridge, connect to your local network (via WiFi or wired ethernet connection). Once connected, plug/screw in your new Sengled bulbs. While the instructions included are a little less than basic, they will direct you to download the Element Home app. With the app, you can easily find the new bulbs and assign them to groups, rooms, etc. I find the app to be very good with device management, but a little awkward when it comes to color/scenes/white hues. White hues are on one tab, to or change to colors requires you to switch to a different tab rather than just tap on a color palette like other apps. If you like the Element app, use it. Otherwise, you can use the Google Home app as Sengled is Google compatible. I use the Google Home app to control my Philips and Sengled products even though they are on separate bridges. As far as colors go, the Sengled bulbs produce rich and bright colors with varied hues of whites. They far exceed the 2nd gen Philips Hue bulbs I have. One thing I love about the Philips Hue bulbs are their subtle transition from on/off and color to color. The Sengled bulbs make abrupt changes so it isn't as pleasing to the eye. If there is a way to change this, I haven't discovered it. In conclusion, I think the Sengled Element starter kit is an excellent value as current sale price is $94.99 with regular price of $109.99. The equivalent Philips Hue starter kit retails for $189.99 even though it is currently on sale for $119.99. Either way, I think the Sengled is a better value--especially given the individual bulbs are $29.99 for the Sengled vs. $49.99 for the Philips Hue. Considering most of us will need many of these to convert our entire home or even a small handful, $20 a bulb difference is considerable and compelling. You'll have to make the decision yourself, but for me, the $20/bulb is enough to make my mind up and I can easily get over the not-so-subtle bulb transitions. Pros: *Vibrant colors *Multiple hues of white which can accommodate any purpose *Price *App is pretty functional with only a couple of quirks that take some getting used to *Compatible with Alexa & Google Assistant Cons: *Not subtle transition between off/on/color shifts *Not compatible with Siri/Apple HomeKit

Great value compared to Phillips hue, but colors not quite as vibrant and gets a random color flicker when turned on/off for a split second.

I admit it's very cool to sit and change the color, brightness, etc of the light in your room, but you have to continue to turn the light on and off from the app. It you shut it off with the light switch, you have to reconnect the bulb to the hub. You have to open your app when you walk into the room to turn your light on and that takes too long when you just want light.

This product may not have had much to offer in the beginning but it has been getting hetter woth updates, definetly an underrated product.
