Got this bulb to use in the kitchen. Unlike some smart bulbs, this has it's own wi-fi so it does not need a smart switch to use with Alexa! That's awesome and makes it well worth the price! I just screwed it in and found it on my Alexa app, set up was easy. Now I just tell Alexa to turn it on or off. Nice when I walk into a dark house and don't have to fumble with a switch! I plan to get more!

I’ve been using this bulb now for months and I love it. It is easy to setup once you know what you’re doing and it’s compatible with Alexa devices. I can dim the lights with Alexa. You set schedules and with this bulb you don’t need a hub if you don’t want to buy it. Although there is a bulb that requires the hub. I chose the one without it. I absolutely love my lights.

This lightbulb works perfectly. It paired with the app without any problems, it responded well to smart systems, and its brightness is on par with any other lightbulb that I use in the house. Of course, it helps that I got it for five dollars on sale along with my ring doorbell. I couldn’t really ask for anything more.

Bulbs work great with Alexa. Easy to install and connect via WiFi. Good alternative to light switch dimmers. I can put these smart bulbs in any light fixture in my house. Using voice command via Alexa or by using app, I can dim or turn on/off lights. Good to have and I do recommend these smart bulbs.

Bought this smart bulb because I needed a light in my living room to turn on even when I’m not home. I found this Sengled Smart Bulb on Best Buy and it was on sale at the time so I gave it a try. Set-up was super easy, just put the bulb and download the Sengled Home app, there it guides you to the step by step process. What I like about this smart bulb is that it doesn’t require a hub to connect to your home wifi, it can be connected to your home wifi by itself, and once connected you turn it on and off and adjust the brightness even when your away from your home. Very happy that I went with this brand and I will purchase more for the other rooms in our home.

As a lightbulb these are good bulbs. The brightness and color accuracy is good compared to my Philips and better than the EcoSmart that I have used. They dim well without a flicker and stay fairly cool at the base where most of these style bulbs get warm. Construction of them feels solid as well. They don't have a cheap plastic feel like some inexpensive bulbs do. They are better suited for application where the directional light output is not an issue. They aren't 360 deg lighting, so there is a lack of lighting behind the base, though that's not a big deal in many situations. I use 2 of them in down facing pendant lights over a kitchen counter currently and they provide the right amount of light for that setting. As a smart bulb they were good for a while, but they have been acting up for the past 2 weeks. I bought them during the Christmas season and first set them up in January. I use them connected with Alexa and primarily control them through an Echo Show. Setting them up was quick and easy, and adding them to a couple routines was fast and painless as well. I have them come on automatically in the evening for lighting coming home, and I have them set up with some additional dimming routines late at night. They have been working well with these routines from January until 2 weeks ago, and were very reliable. 2 weeks ago they started randomly disconnecting or going offline. I have had to re-add one of them to my account 3 times, and the other several more times since, which has been annoying. One of them drops offline more often than the other. When I tried resetting them at the same time and readding them things got weird with Alexa, so I now have to unscrew one bulb, go through the reset routine, and readd it, and then repeat for the other. I haven't done a bunch of troubleshooting and digging into the issue yet, but the problem is a decent nuisance at this point. When they work and stay connected they are a nice convenience to have. If I can't resolve the disconnect issue, though, they might go back in the box in favour of a more reliable lighting solution.

This is a great lightbulb and easy to use. Pretty simple to setup and I am able to turn the lights on and off easily with Alexa and my iPhone. I have no complaints. My husband loves being able to turn the lamp off without getting up out of bed.

I was having problems with multiple other bulbs that were using Z-Wave. My home is mostly on SmartThings. I purchased this bulb and easily integrated it into SmartThings. I have had no trouble with it. There is a wide variety of colors and I do like the app. The only downside that I have with the bulb is that it is in a lamp and if it isn't on and the power is cycled on the lamp, it goes back to the last status. This is good if the power goes out during the night but bad if not everyone has access to the smart home or app.

I have a covered porch that I wanted to put a smart bulb in. Initially had tried a zigbee bulb with my SmartThings hub, but the outer wall proved to be too much for the signal despite the 15 foot distance from the hub. So I turned to this bulb due to its wifi connectivity. Setup was simple and was online in minutes. Perfect connection to my WiFi network, which is located in the same spot as my SmartThings hub. Compared to my Osram Lightify bulbs, these have much better color and brightness. I'm tempted to replace all my bulbs with these!

I only got these smart bulbs because they were cheap! But it hasn't failed me yet. Integration with Alexa and Google Home was easy. I'm using these in my hallways where there's only 1 bulb each hallway. But, if you have a switch controlling multiple bulbs, I recommend buying a smart switch instead! Or you can buy 5 bulbs (which would cost more) and have 5 connects to your router as opposed to 1 with a smart switch.

I bought the same bulbs a couple years ago, which still work. I have them connected to my Nest Hub. I bought these to add to another room. I'm not sure why, but it was a lot of work getting these to connect to my wifi. I had to reboot each light (turn on / off switch 5 times) before it finally found it. They work great now, but it was a little frustrating getting them set up.
