Good bulb

WiFi keeps losing connection

It is the only smart device in the house that repeatedly does it on a daily basis. The Bluetooth version of this light bulb lost connection once and not once since I reconnected it. I do not recommend the WiFi version of this light bulb.

Need a stable internet connection

My last purchase at Best Buy...ever

They were not needed and I attempted to return them. I guess I didn't read the "fine print" as I was just outside your 15 day return policy. I can understand a 15 day policy on certain items but light bulbs in an unopened package? I've given Best Buy several chances and have chosen to purchase items here instead of other retailers but this is the last for me. There is simply no reason to choose Best Buy over another retailer as there isn't a price advantage and I won't get hit with such regressive return policies. I'll choose to spend my money elsewhere from now on. There is nothing wrong with the light bulb brand as I have several of them in my home. My issue is with Best Buy itself.

However, it is incredibly unforgiving if you make an error like deleting the app you must have to make it work. Spent way to long trying to make it work. Gave up, sits in a box somewhere now with other useless buys..

Bluetooth option is better

I put them in my sons room but my daughter has the Sengled Bluetooth bulbs that work fine. Took the WiFi bulbs back and got the Bluetooth bulbs for my so. And no problem in weeks
