Small and compacts. Need a zigbee comaptible hub. Connected with Smart Things without issue. Sometime ST can't show the status and I have to remove battery to reconnect. If they placed far away from the hub, they would need the zigbee extender. Would buy the zwave contact sensor instead of this since I have zwave extender devices.

The product paired well with my smartthings hub and setting it up wasn't too bad. Be careful that you orient it in a way that you can open the battery cover once mounted though.
The biggest issue with this product is that you must change the batteries on it a lot more frequently than other types of zigbee sensors I've used in the past. It seems like they last 3-6 months depending on location.

Best price smart sensor windows

So the price is great especially when it's 30$ for this two set. I use to have some Chinese knock off brand ones that required device handlers but these are so much better. They support most smart hubs natively out of the box. With Samsung Smart things it took a couple minutes to setup and connect. Again did I mention they are the best priced window sensors anywhere.

Solid and sensitive open/close sensor that works with Hubitat and Smartthings. Allows for a good gap between the magnet and sensor. My only issue is the tiny button battery that is used. I would have liked to see a larger capacity battery at the expense of sensor size.

Purchased as a means for my mom to track when her doors were opened. She travels a lot so looking at the SENGLED app to see if the doors were opened was convenient.
Setup with Alexa and had Alexa make announcements when the front or back door was opened. Worked for 2 weeks then stopped making announcements. SENGLED and Alexa stopped communicating on making the announcement when the doors are opened; gave up for now.
These are very basic, can set them to turn on lights if door is opened, that's about it. Slightly disappointed that they can't do more.
One of the sensors also had a nearly drained battery. Overall, wouldn't recommend purchasing unless you have to have a need to turn on a light when you open your door.

Using as a sensor for my garage freezer.
Several times door has been left open, melting
Contents. Wish it was a little more intuitive. Had to set it up as a pop up to let me know when it’s open. So when I open it, I have to go to Smartthings app to make sure it’s closed.

These sensors are ideal as a warning device for when a door or window is opened or closed. These devices require a HUB to trigger a light bulb ON or OFF as an indication when door/window is open or closed. It also requires the Sengled App in your smartphone to setup......

Batteries Dead!

Great, I purchased these sensors on sale, and as some have mentioned, stock batteries are dead. Now I have to wait another day to test it while the batteries arrive. I’m sure they will work as advertised, since I have tried this brand before, and their products work well, but be aware to add some batteries to your purchase as you might need them as soon as you open the package.

I followed instructions very carefully and it works before I installed to the door, but it’s not working after I stick the sensor to the door. App is so confusing to use. Will call customer service soon coz it’s suppose to turn on the lights to the specific area, but all the lights got turn on and off every time someone trying to open or close the door.

Great price when they are on sale. Had no problem pairing them up to SmartThings hub. I just wish they used velcro for mounting instead of double sided tape.
