I been using the Sennheiser CX Plus True Wireless Earbud Headphones for about 6 months now and I am extremely impressed with their sound quality and ease of use. The crystal clear sound is truly remarkable and the ability to tap the earbuds to stop the music and hear what's happening around me is extremely convenient. The earbuds are also very comfortable to wear for extended periods. The self-charging earbud case is not only sturdy, but it keeps the earbuds charged on the go, which is a huge plus. I would highly recommend these headphones to anyone looking for a high-quality, true wireless earbud experience.

Headphones are almost perfect with excellent audio and comfort. There are some minor issues such as the earbud sometimes falling off my ear but changing the tip fixed it. Also the Sennheiser smart control app could be better but it definitely functional and better than most other options. Be sure to clean the tips occasionally though from my experience it gets less gunk compared to other wireless earbuds which is plus. ANC is okay, not the best but gets the job done. Audio is fantastic.

Sound quality is great, until one or both earbuds stop outputting sound. My first pair lasted 6 months, replacement from Sennheiser/third party (used set btw) lasted 20 months, just until the warranty period was over. Sennheiser will not replace these even though neither pair didn't make the 2 year mark. This is a common and known issue with these earbuds, search "cx plus true wireless one earbud not working" online. Buy something else, US support is mid at best. Touch controls still work, can be paired if you can live with one functioning earbud.

I thought I would get the best and not spend more than 150$, so I bought them. I received them in about 5 or 6 days, and as soon as I got them out of the box, I plugged them in to charge. while waiting for them to be 100%, I went looking for my smart phone to get them hooked up. I plugged in some music from Uriah Heep, and then put them in my ears, and hola, the sound came through and I was enjoying every beat they offered, I had no problems with sound or bass, Volume was very good, and the bass and mid tones came through pretty good. I walked around the house with them on and became very comfortable with them. The ear plugs fit just right for my ears, so I did not change them out. The little charger and case remind me of my saddle bags on my bike. I love the stereo. I won't go any place without them now.

I’ve been using Apple, Beats, & Sony brand since 2014, 2017, 2021 & since forever. Sennheiser opened my life up to a new more open sound. I was even able to find a case for these! A problem that I had with the Powerbeats Pro; no one offers reliable quality cases for them unfortunately.

This are my first quality headphones and I'm impressed! The sound quality it's amazing and the battery is really good.

The earbuds deliver outstanding sound. Also, it's easy to use them--I even figured out one function when I was about to start a hike on the trail.

I love the best headphones. I recommend them to everyone who wants to listen to high-quality music. They are great.

Very nice quality with clear-sound, but because of my cauliflower ear they keep falling out. But no fault of the earbuds

I thought that these were just a cheap pair of earbuds. I didn’t see any buttons to change the volume or fast forward/pause etc. I didn’t notice that they had noise canceling. Once I paired them and popped them in I was quite shocked at how well they sounded! They also have noise canceling and touch controls! Maybe these aren’t a chap “disposable” pair of earbuds! I played through a few of my favorite songs and I was very happy with the sound! Very nice bass. Nice high range. And, the volume is quite loud. I always hated it when I bought a new pair of buds or headphones and the volume doesn’t quite go loud enough to jam when I want to. I love the fact that I can control volume right from the right and left earbud. I love the fact that there is a built in equalizer in the app so i can dial the music in so its just right! The battery life is good. Easily gets me through a day at work. They case is tiny and it charges fast. I am on a constant search for the best sounding most comfortable earbuds/headphones and I own quite a few. All the major top brands and they are good but they either dont go loud enough, sound good enough or aren’t comfortable to wear all day or the batteries dont last long enough. These connect almost instantly to my iPhone but switching to my iPad for a movie is kind of a pain. That’s the onl;y reason i dont give them 5 stars. But, I can live with that. For what I want them to do, they do it and they do it better than my other major brands that I own. They are extremely comfortable and light and really stay put. They dont get caught on things like my other earbuds do at work. Bottom line. I love these! And for the price they are really hard to beat!

Good headphones. Feels a little unintuitive at first and the software isn’t my favorite, but sound quality and ANC are both quality for the price point. The charging case marks up easily as it’s that very soft matte plastic, but I’m not one to care about that kind of thing.

These earbuds are a very good value for the price. I had the LG FN6 true wireless earbuds with noise canceling before and they were great, but these Sennheiser's have very clearly better sound quality and bass. They stay in my ear really well and I don't have to keep pushing them back in my ear every 5 minutes. They are definitely comfortable, though to be fair, any earbuds will bother my ears if I leave them in long enough. The battery life (9 hours single charge, 27 hours total with the case) is very impressive. The earbuds are very easy to set up, and you can adjust the bass, mid, and treble in the Sennheiser control app, which takes 30 seconds to get started once the earbuds are connected via bluetooth. Overall, I am extremely impressed with the quality of these earbuds and price value. Would definitely recommend.

This headphones work awesome better than the other ones I purchased before.

Nice sound and effective noise cancellation. Pleasant in-ear fit as well. The tap-touch controls take some getting used to. But once you get familiar with the various control/tap equivalents --i.e. the number of taps and whether you tap the left or right earbud--, it works well. Fine tuning via the Smart Control App also works well, offering an equalizer function as well as a bass boost, movie or podcast pre-setting. This pair of earbuds is a very good deal at the discounted price. (Not sure whether this offer of $ 129 was only available to Total Tech members or to anyone buying at Best Buy.)

Very good headphones. The sound quality is amazing for music and calls. Battery life is unbeatable in the products I have tried. Also having bigger ears other ear buds tend to fall out and these stay in perfect. My only con is I just got a new phone, Galaxy 22 and for some reason I can’t get the to pair.

Exceeded my expectations! Coming from Anker, Bose, and Sony higher end audio devices. I decided I needed to replace my current gym ear buds as the battery wasn’t holding a good charge and I didn’t want it break the 150 dollar mark. After testing a few ear buds I decided these were the clear winner. They are much lighter than other ear buds which are great. They sound just right. Similar to Bose in terms of clarity and enough bass so it’s not overpowering. These have been excellent so far. Because these are so light, you could accidentally leave them in their pants and into the wash.

After using these earbuds for the past few weeks, I can without a doubt say these are the best truly wireless earbuds available for the price. The sound quality on these is far better than the previous AirPods I had. Comfort is top notch as well. I have worked out and ran in these and they don't feel even close to falling out. Software is a bit lacking, but you buy Sennheiser for the sound not the features. Pros: Bass Comfort Soundstage Battery-life Transparency Mode is amazing Cons: Vocals sound a bit washed out when compared to similar headphones, but everything else sounds much better The case feels a bit cheap ANC is a bit weak
