Was upgrading from the Sennheiser momentum true wireless 1. The improved battery life has been awesome, the feature to use either the left/right ear bud at a time has been great. Audio performance is on par with the Momentum true wireless. The only con i have experienced is that the Active Noise Canceling (ANC) could of been a little better because i still get some outside noise.

Great sound quality, but a lot of wind noise when on a phone call. Can be tricky getting a snug fit. App works well. Fantastic battery life and quick to full charge.

Great sound quality,and excellent battery life. Mobile app needs some work, but soundfield options are good. Solid and deep feeling bass, and solid spatial sound as well.

After much comparative research I bought Sennheiser CX Plus True Wireless Earbuds with active noise cancelling. I'm happy with these earbuds and gladly recommend them. Reasons: simple, low profile design, relatively cheaper than other premium models that may be better, but I needed earbuds that performed well without being so expensive that I worried about loss or theft. I have also had other Sennheiser products that I've been happy with so I knew the company makes quality products. The small box with recharging capability is better than expected and really easy to carry for travel. It's a very good product.

This is my second Sennheiser product. The first were headphones. I enjoyed those, so when i decided to switch to earbuds, it was an easy decision to purchase another Sennheiser product. These put out great audio. When you remove one from your ear, the music pauses automatically and resumes once you put it back in your ear. I haven't had ear buds in years because all the previous ones were uncomfortable and irritated my ears, these do not bother me at all. Another great product from Sennheiser!

I've been using these earbuds for about a month. Bought them on sale and am very happy with them so far. The sound quality is excellent, the app is easy to use, the battery life has been as advertised, and the case is compact. The noise-cancelling feature isn't great but it's a little better than the JLab buds I have. The only con I have is that I'm not sure how sturdy the case is. Guess I'll find out but right now, I'm happy with this purchase and with Best Buy's speedy delivery.

They sound great. The transparent hearing feature works great but the ANC makes no difference whatsoever.

You will need stand alone app to get the most value out of these earbuds. The stock sound is very bland customization is key. I do appreciate how responsive the touch controls are on the earbuds. The pass through sound is convenient when talking to someone since you won't really need to remove earbuds. Over all I'm impressed, just sucks the default sound is meh if you don't feel like manually messing with the audio mixers.

He's a great earbuds but sound amazing and fit comfortably. However they seem to have a problem working independently. If I just use one half the time no sound will come out of it until I take the second one out of the case and put it back in then it'll work on its own this is a big hassle for me.

Great sound, small form factor. Liked them better than the MTW2, but wish the ANC was better. Could use wireless charging, but maybe they'll include that on the next gen.

Love the comfort, the fit and the sound these are well worth the price

One of the best sounding wireless headphone I’ve bought. Sound quailty is amazing. And noise canceling is great! Touch button on the headphones are perfect and to customize is even better. Definitely worth the investment

Pros: The sound cancelling is very nice. Easy to hook up with Bluetooth. Fits comfortably in ears Cons: Earbuds will fall out if you lean or bend over frequently. Touch sensors in the side aren’t intuitive and accidentally touching will cause calls to hang up and music to stop Battery life—compared to Gen2 non-Pro AirPods is bad. Issues with charging cable needing to be lined up exactly or else it may not charge. I have other Sennheiser headphones—HD 599’s—that work amazing for over-ear, open back headphones for computer use. Thought the wireless earbuds would be the same. The sound quality and noise cancelling is really nice but for the price point these just don’t hit the mark.

I bought them 2 years ago and never had a problem with them til now this month the left ear speak is not working. I reset them to it's factory mode and didn't worked. I even watched YouTube videos to see if it would fix the problem but nothing worked. I guess i have to buy new ones.

I was concerned about purchasing these due to the subpar reliability reviews but took a chance due to the highly rated sound quality. So far so go on reliability (only 1 month in), really like the sound quality. Time will tell otherwise.

These have good quality sound. Fits my ears just fine. I've had others that don't fit well, but these are good. Recommended.

I am very impressed by these earbuds, mainly the sound quality including the realistic bass. The controls are well thought out too.

Excellent sound quality and battery life is top notch. I recommend these over my air pod pros I bought last.
