They are a good pair of earphones. The noise cancellation on these are really nice. Good fit.

I've bought a lot of Sennheiser earbuds over the last 20 years, and these are probably the most disappointing. Pros: The audio quality is clean and crisp, as I would expect from this brand, the battery life is decent, and you get a lot of customization options in the app. Cons: not comfortable - there's something about the shape that just doesn't sit right in my ear. "Transparent Hearing" mode just adds a background tape hiss, I can't hear my surroundings any better with it turned on. On the flip side their "Active Noise Cancellation" seems to have no effect on reducing noise either; maybe it was designed with airplane noise in mind (which I haven't had the opportunity to test), but it doesn't block out any normal sounds. Compare that with the ANC you get from Airpods or Bose headhpones and I'm left scratching my head as to what this feature was supposed to do, other than drain the battery faster. Overall I cannot recommend these earbuds. Sennheiser fans would be better off going with the CX True Wireless buds, which have essentially the same specs but no ANC and are about $50 cheaper. Pay for what they do well and don't pay for useless and poorly implemented features.

Short range and callers report poor audio on phone calls

The sound quality of these are amazing The noise cancellation is the same. However, the two piece design makes the earpiece have a sharp rim around the earbud, which makes them painful to wear. Item was returned.

Became my main pair of buds after a few weeks. Was using galaxy buds. Sound a amazing compared to them. I love the ANC. The fit is comfy sometimes but more times than others because of its boxy style it can place pressure on your ear ridges causing discomfort. I just re-adjust the earbuds at that point but still my only issue with them.

I’ve been using Sennheiser professional products for years, I saw these and figured I’d try them. They do not disappoint. They have a great frequency response.
