Nice earbud. I was looking Sennheiser for a while and this came as a nice deal during Cyber Monday. I am enjoying its Audio experience, Noise canceling is pretty good. If you like to be more Treble experience then switch off the bass boost. Easy to pair with any devices. Overall a good experience and happy that i bought it. I am using this with Iphone 11.

these sound really good, but they caused me to have a headache after about an hour of use and were also pretty uncomfortable

Had high expectations for these ear buds especially after owning the 400bt. These have more bass but the 400bt are extremely more clearer. Returned and got the sony xm4

The sound from these earbuds is scary good. Definitely the sennheiser signature sound. I have no complaints, but probably the look of the earbuds. Wish they wouldve looked different from the other models.

Excellent sound quality but within a week it had an echo in one of the earbuds. Didn't drop it at any time.

Its been exactly 6 months since i got these and thats how long they will last you. Don't waste you're money on any sennheiser ear buds because they all end up useless. There is a small wire within the earbud that will break just from the pressure of putting the bud in over the course of 6 months, shorting the ear bud. Of course it being the right one, makes the left one useless as well because it requires the right one to connect to your phone. Garbage.

4.25 stars and a very good value for the price. If you're on the fence I don't think you can go wrong with these. Right out of the box, these are very good ear buds. The sound is warm, resonant, and fulfilling. I was content with the quality of sound straight away but you do have the ability adjust the EQ to suit your tastes or the nuisances of the music you are listening too. The overall volume is very loud but not over the top for those who like their music very loud or if you have hearing difficulties. I never once maxed out the volume listening to a variety of types and genres of music. The earbuds are comfortable except for when I was listening not stop for well over an hour but even then just removing and readjusting them did the trick for another long stretch. Battery life was very good and consistent with other wireless ear buds that I own. Neither better nor worse. The charging case is standard and does have a small led light to indicate it is working correctly. The only real drawback is how sensitive the touch controls are. Normally I wouldn't complain as we all want controls that are response but due to the small size of the earbuds and the sensitivity, it is easy to mis-tap or tap too many times. I did get better at controlling them the longer I used them but this stage they are still a little too sensitive for my taste but I'd much rather this than not sensitive enough. Overall I would recommend these and I look forward to continuing to explore their quality with different types of music. Thank you Sennheiser.

after 2 months, these stopped working - no sound in one ear bud

I won’t bash the product because it was open box. But I wish they would at least make sure there is some quality control with used products. I had to wipe down these with sanitizer because what was one them. Come on Best Buy. I had to return.

These CX plus DEFINITELY were not what I expected.. BERY POOR sound Quality, For Sennheiser...

Despite trying all earbud cushions provided, did not have secure fit. However great sound.

All of a sudden, my left earbud lost its sound in less than 6 months after purchase. Ironically the touch control of left bud still works. Tried factory resetting but it didn't fix the issue. Googled online and there is even a reddit thread dedicated to exactly the same issue. Poor quality control and what a disappointment as I had been happy for it broke. I found the manufacturer's warranty online but it was not friendly to fill out. Received an email instantly with instructions. It turned out that I had to pay myself for one-way deliver to their site in Connecticut... Let's see how it goes...

These were working great but it has been about 9 months and one of the earphones no longer works. Very unfortunate that they didn’t even last a year. For the price and high reviews, I was hoping for better.

I was worried that these earbuds would look ugly sticking out of my ear but was surprised when they fit, stayed in during circuit training, and looked good too. The noise cancellation aspect was awesome and the noise cancellation worked good. Noise cancellation is super important so I can study when around my 4 children. They are noisey and these headphones seemed to do well, especially when listening to “brown” or “white” noise. My favorite part of these headphones was the fact that I felt super comfortable with them at the gym, this was probably the most surprising aspect for me. I felt like they were protected, weren’t going anywhere and resisted my sweat good, but more importantly, the ear tips were easy to clean and remove. Overall, besides a few minor glitches I noticed (which I think they will be resolved by the updates they do), I am like these headphones.
