These earbuds are comfortable, easy to pair with devices, the Sennheiser app is useful, and when on sale are competitively priced. Unfortunately, the bass response is absolutely awful! I was surprised by how bad their bass sounds. Rather, there's very little low-end produced. It was so weak I assumed the settings were off, but not even adjusting the bass to the max in the app fixed the issue. I've owned probably a dozen Sennheiser earbuds and headphones over the last couple decades and this is the first product from them I've ever returned.

Ive had them for just under 6 months and they've already stopped working. For the price youd think they would last longer. Nope they dont. Dont buy these

Right ear piece stop working after 2 weeks of use, taking back to store

Bought end of Nov, gave as Christmas gift. It's early February and he loved them, used them every day - and the L bud has died. Won't turn on, no sound. Did the reset and all the trouble shooting, nothin.

Bought in January by mid-April is not working!! It started the right earbud to go off a month later the left one too went dead.

After having these earbuds for one week, my review is that there are very good earbuds. The sound is on par with other ones I have owned in this price range. Controls are easy to use and I like how you can change the controls in the app. Being able to connect to 2 devices at the same time is a nice feature also. Sound is very good and the noise cancellation is very good also. Bass is good, but not the best in class. Otherwise, very good all around sound quality. Battery life is very good also.

Sennheiser CX Plus In-Ear Noise Cancelling Headphones are Amazing! They are very comfortable and come with various size earbuds to choose from to get a perfect fit. The Noise Cancellation is top-notch it works extremely well I couldn't be happier with these headphones. They paired effortlessly to all my devices, phones, laptop, car audio, home audio, etc. My home is quite large and they allowed me to roam freely without losing connectivity, Something other headphones have been unable to do. The battery life is phenomenal my air pods die after 4hrs these last at least 9hrs probably more. The tap and play/answer calls function is brilliant. They have an APP that goes with them and I highly recommend that you download it. The app really brings these headphones to life! it allows for custom presets and detailed customizations that I haven't seen on a set of headphones before. Switching between them is easy and effortless. I used them for exercising and they stayed put and didn't fall out that to me spoke volumes! Buy these headphones you will LOVE them!

These headphones are exactly what you need if you are on the go and want to have a comfortable set of wireless headphones to listen to music and take phone calls. I use these headphones when I'm out and about running errands. They are easy to place in your ears and comfortable to wear for several hours. The sleek design keeps them securely placed in your ear without falling our. The sound quality is great and they are truly noise canceling. I love the easy touch features to adjust the volume, change songs, pause/resume, and answer/end calls. Overall, these headphones have excellent quality, are comfortable, and are conveniently easy to use.

Super comfortable earbuds. Lacking a little on the style. Just looks like you have a big square shoved in your ear. The features are really nice once you get used to them. I like the fact that you can pause your music, skip forward and back as well as adjust the volume right from your earbud. The only thing I didn't like was the call feature. No one could hear me when I was hands free with these earbuds and that made it difficult to take phone calls. Plus, when they are connected they kept reconnecting during the call until I had to put them back in the charging box. Overall, for music, podcasts, etc they were great. I really enjoyed the noise cancelling feature and the adaptive noise feature. Very cool there.

Overall, I have been very impressed with these earbuds. The set comes with multiple cup sizes, to ensure you get the right seal to get the full audio experience. Highs are crisp and the lows are deep. The app allows you to customize your EQ to get the sound you want out of these. I've been very impressed with the SQ and the Smart Control app is very easy to use. My primary issue keeping these from receiving 5 stars is the lack of the ability to adjust the call function taps. The tap are of these earbuds are extremely sensitive. I've dropped calls trying to adjust the earbuds because my finger accidentally taps the touch section. The app allows you to change the settings for listening to music (pause, stop, play, volume increase, etc) but does not allow you to change the phone settings. This would be a 5 star set of buds if I could disable or edit the touch settings for phone calls. Device used with: iPhone 12 Pro

Sennheiser focuses on quality, as the audio comes in crystal clear. The noise cancellation function is lacking, but the buds make up for it with it's smart app sound customization that other brands lack. Definitely worth a try if you're looking to stray away from Beats or Bose.

Would not recommend. They sound good but they have problems like turning on inside the case and having to reconnect the earbuds often to my phone and sometimes one or both earbuds will randomly not play sound during videos.

I like that it has bass and it sounds good. I would recommend it.

These earbuds come with a little bit of everything especially at the price point. Earbuds worked flawlessly with both android and ios, water resistance, noise cancellation, and of course the signature sound. These have been great so far to me if you are thinking of purchasing these I would definetly reccomend and give them a try.

True wireless work way better than AirPods sound quality awesome

This product misses features that other ear buds have like side tone while just wearing them so you can hear the people around you. Also my sealed box came with no extra ear bud adapters so I cant change them if they are too uncomfortable for my ears, even though it says on the box that they are included.

They sound great, and the noise canceling is really good. The app is really nice as well to adjust the touch controls how i want them. Definitely recommend

Trash buds...trash company...one bud wouldnt charge after a year of use...terrible craftsmanship and ive had JLABS buds a fraction of the price that are older and still work...was going to use sennheiser thinking it was an upgrade to sound....but they didnt even last...sucky company
