DO NOT BUY.. dont get me wrong i liked them alot and had good sound quality. But after a month the right bud went out. 2 months later other ones dead. I love sennheiser but this is ridiculous.

Read reviews which were positive. I have these earphones for 1 mobth. Initially the earphones worked well. However, one day could not connect to Iphone. Messed with connection and could connect in left ear only. Connected to my android and same thing. I have reset all settings. Turned on and off and still will not connect properly. Volume wont increase as well. Im stuck with a paperweight. Dont waster your money on these earphones. Not worth the headache and time.

I should have got the noise cancelling one's. As far as I'm on a call u can hear the background noise,, other than that they are great.

One side of earbud died after 5 months other side is slowly dying having trouble staying connected to Bluetooth

Not what I was expecting. Texture was slippery. The fit wasn't good for me. Kept coming out my ear.

These sound good, but when you talk on the phone, people can't hear you. I tried going on the app to turn up the volume, but the only thing there is "sidetone" which, when turned to full volume, didn't help

I’m not usually a fan of ear buds, because my ears start to hurt after an extended period of time, but these feel great. I wear them for about 5 hours per day while working, and my ears haven’t hurt at all. They don’t allow much outside interference which is great at my job because it is loud. I do wish they were a little louder, but since the outside noise is cancelled out, they work pretty good. They were hard to setup at first because the directions aren’t very good, so I had to do some research online to figure out how to sync them up. Once I had them synced, I was able to connect them to the app. The 2 main parts of the app that I like are the equalizer, and the battery life, it lets you know what percent they are at. I have used these ear buds for 5 days now, about 25 hours, and they are still fully charged. My wife now wants a pair.

Not worth the cost! One of the poorest true wireless sound quality ear buds I’ve ever purchased. The CX series can’t even be used with the products ear bud APP… Buy Bose, Apple or Sudio products for best quality…

They are good for the price and sound but mine might have been defective because as i rose the volume to like about 80% they started to sound crackly. I returned them.

Sennheiser has been a top reliable audio company for a long time and I have plenty of their products and will continue to use them. I just upgraded from the CX 400BT because I like new technology and a few other reasons. These have a 2 hour longer batter life span which for me is key because I travel a lot and use my headphones for music and calls. They actually have a water splash rating of IPX4 versus no protection. Now I haven’t tested this and do not intend to but there is comfort in knowing they are somewhat protected against water and sweat from exercising. CX400 wouldn’t allow independent listening so now I can use either right or left versus just one. This comes in handy in case one earbud’s battery dies then I can still use the other. The Smart control app works pretty well although sometimes I have a hard time connecting to it with my earbuds. I like that I can change the sound modes to three unique presets…or make my own. They fit in my ear comfortably and come with a few different sized ear pieces for more customization. I wish I had the ability to put it on a charging pad versus having to plug it in. I think these are very affordable for the quality you are getting.
