I was told these buds were good. I took them back the very next day. My sound was muffled and the app leaves a lot to be desired.

Sound OK. Have to have both earbuds on to connect to phone. A little too big for ears.

They worked good until the left earbud stopped working completely. I made sure charging contact points were clean and it just wouldn’t work. Very disappointed with the quality for the price

Were great headphones until the left earbud would not work properly in my ear, then after almost a year the right earbud speaker blew out then tye left promptly did the same within 2 days.

This is my second time purchasing this new model- the first time from Amazon. On this purchase from Best Buy, as well as my first from Amazon, the buds WILL NOT power on after charging them in the case!

Really crisp and clean sound, but if you’re looking for something loud and compact these are not it. They are mostly great for phone calls and the fact that you can tune them with their App.

Sound too low and not very responsive. Bought these on sale and still returned them.

These sound nice. If you’re use to AirPods or have a small ears, you have to get use to these. The bass sounds nice. Noise cancelling I haven’t found to enable or disable . If you’re a podcaster, these are good . They have a option in the eq app for podcasts. Battery life is great!

This product is awesome. It has amazing sound quality everything was super crisp and clear. They also had a great fit in the ear. They stayed in place and could go the distance even 2 rooms away they were still working. Not to mention the battery life. Most of my earbuds I feel always charging but not these. Then to top off affordable price you cannot go wrong.

I'm giving these a 4 for the review. These earbuds wouldn't connect to my phone but the would connect to my husband's phone. The sound was pretty good. I guess there is app you can download to adjust the base and treble. So we downloaded it to make the sound alot better then the stock preset. The phone calls from them sound really clear even when in a noisy environment.

These ear buds work really well. They are very comfortable and stay charged throughout the day while working 8 hour shifts. They are also waterproof and the sound is crystal clear. I like how they have different size ear pieces too to make them comfortable for everyone, I definitely recommend this product!

What I like: - lightweight, both the case and the earbuds themselves - equalizer and ability to adjust sound - battery life is impressive What I don't: - fit is not as comfortable as AirPods or other in-ear earbuds, having to replace tips is not convenient - passive noise cancelling is ok, but definitely nowhere near ANC

Comfortable and versatile fit options. Easy to setup and switch between single earbud and dual. Long battery life. Good audio quality. I use these earbuds for conference calls/virtual meetings as I work from home and spend 6± hours on a given day in meetings. These earbuds hold up to my ridiculous meeting schedule.

These earbuds sound great. They are small and light. They sometimes do not connect and need to be reset.

These earbuds are amazing! I received them in 2 days shipped to home. The sound is so clear with bass that is powerful. I tried the different sizes of rubber tips and the large ones give me the best bass response. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Superb sound quality. Easy to set up. Has a equalizer in app for more precise sound.

I believe Sennheiser has knocked it out of the park with another great true wireless. As an update of the CX400BT, it’s more arguable on which one is superior. The sound signature has a lot to offer, with a wide soundstage and a balanced timbre with a ton of customization due to Sennheiser’s Smart Control EQ. There are many true wireless earphones out there with the same price, but the CX true wireless will probably be the most consistently satisfying one you’ll hear. That housing shape might deter you if you have smaller ears, but in turn, you’ll get a rich timbre with great detail.

After getting these connected i was amazed. The sound is amazing. I go running every morning so i decided to take these along with me on my run. The ear grip that it has is really good. During my jogs they didn’t fall or come out of my ear like my Apple ones does sometimes. These are definitely giving Apple a run for their money. I love them.

These are an excellent BT IEM for casual listening and lack the annoying bells and whistles of more expensive alternatives. For example, ANC leaves behind grainy artifacts and pass through mode is my idea of hell. My current setup is CX TW running Tidal Hifi on an iPhone 12 mini. These only receive lossy formats so much of the data is being wasted, but the iPhone only transmits lossy too and I’m compromising for portability. My other headphones are Sen HD650 and B&W P7 Wireless. These are replacing the latter for portable since those no longer integrate well with modern iOS. Fit: these fit right out of the box with the included size M ear tips with great isolation. They aren’t too bulky and stay in place. Sound: close enough to neutral, not fatiguing, not congested. It’s the Senhesier sound on a smaller scale. Battery: I haven’t measured but suspect they are accurately advertised at 9 hours. I put them in and forget about the battery life, which is the goal. Calls: no complaints hearing or being heard so far. Overall: I highly recommend.
