After being in the market for wireless headphones that offer great sounds ISO, I was a bit taken back they headphones like Bose wireless, were available for less then 200. Only difference, these are Sennheiser. Simply great sounding, great battery life and awesome noise cancelling wireless headphones.

I was looking for sound quality to match my decade+ old pair of AKG Pro headphones but give me the ability to wirelessly connect with modern sound sources in the process. After looking at a a few options, I settled on this model. The brand is one that I've been familiar with for nearly 30 years, having at one point a long time ago grabbed a set of phones meant to be a significant upgrade to the ones shipped by Sony with a WalkMan. These did not disappoint. I found them comfortable to wear with good sound and reasonable range and excellent battery life. The quibble I would have is that they do seem to get a bit "warm" on your ears after a long enough time. the closed back does reduce outside annoyance and the pads are a dense comfortable foam, but that does lead to not much "air" getting in to counter a little sweating under the leather covering of the cup. All told? good value for the money.

Good for music but bad for calls

I normally work from home but wanted to get an over-the-ear headphone with active noise-cancellation (ANC) because my wife and young daughter stay home with me due to COVID-19.
I got these because they were on clearance even though the reviews for music listening were great but the reviews for calls were mixed.
Well, I can confirm that these headphones, and its ANC, works great if all you're doing is listening to music... but for my purposes - doing conference calls throughout the day - this product is a major letdown. From what I can tell, these headphones don't have enough mics for calls AND ANC to work at the same time, so ANC basically doesn't work while the mic is active.
Worse still, it was picking up non-ambient sounds like my dogs walking around, conversation in another room, etc and transferring it loud & clear through the speakers. It became so distracting that I took it off and found that I had less trouble following conversation on the conference call easier with the headphones off than I could with it on.
I rated these headphones as a 4 in fairness since I really enjoyed the listening experience (best headphones I ever had, though I do admit I'm not a huge fan of listening to music nor do I buy headphones specifically for superior music quality) and my voice carried through the mic to the conference calls fine; however, beware that the ANC simply doesn't work while the mic is on. So if calling is a big reason why you're hoping to use these headphones for then you should keep looking.

I've been using these headphones for months now and I really like them but there are some notable cons worth considering
Pros: price point vs sound and build quality. You get your money's worth here. Travel's well. Noise cancellation is pretty good and strong enough to fly with. Battery life gets a 8.5/10
Cons: It's marketed as over the ear but these are not true "over the ear" headphones! Though the padding is thick and overall comfortable, it can cause some wear fatigue and may retain heat in warm weather. Noise cancellation also causes a noticable hiss when sound isn't playing.

The headphones fit a tad snug, but are comfortable. Noise cancellation works great for the airplane drone, even airbus. Sound is quite good. The volume, etc, buttons are a bit finicky, as they are small and hard to distinguish by touch which are which (so minus one star).

Good sound quality but the headphone is small compared to my ear. I love the color (black/red). The noise-canceling function is not what I expected, I can still hear some noise when I am wearing it. Would not recommend to person who wants to buy a noise-canceling headphone and has big ear like mine.

Very comfortable, sleek looking and Best Buy sold at an amazing price. Mid and highs are crystal clear, but it seriously lacks the lows.
I went forward to return this and purchased a Bose QC35 that has awesome bass. That's way better than this. Also buttons are very small to figure out what is what, while it's on your head. Not bad for bass haters, at least from it's price point.

Balanced sound with some surprising oomph of bass but skullcandy/beats fans probably will say these lack punch, but these still sound awesome. I’m a big fan of Tidal’s hifi service and these cans definitely sound fantastic when pumping up the volume.
NC is effective, I commute by BART everyday for a couple hours so I had some time to test out these bad boys for awhile. The ANC takes a lot of lower frequencies out but by no means are these magic wands that will isolate you. There is hardly any hiss, and I find it enhances my listening experience. I kinda still want to have a bit more ‘bite’ when jamming metal or electro pop but classic rock and anything else shimmery sound awesome. I wear glasses and my ears tend to hurt after awhile, but that’s a minor gripe that usually happens with every set I own except for the Astro A40s. (But that’s an entirely different headset for a different purpose. Anywho, I did as much research as I could before buying these even though they ain’t as pricey as other anc headphones.
Will I keep em? Totally! Will I still try upgrading for something else in the future? Yes

College student noise dilemma Solved!!

I purchased these to help our college senior block out noise from her dorm; over Christmas break, she lived blocking our TV movies from hers! In school, she found these earphones to be superior to other brand other friends had purchased. She says the are comfy on her head, whether her hair is up in a pony or long and blown out. She literally could not hear on her plane rides to and from school. So: for comfort on her head and ears, blocking sounds and listening to movies, these are great. She prefers to listen to music, without earphones, so measuring that aspect, is not her priority. She would gladly give these earphones as a gift and she’s a mid major!

The sound is very clear and crisp, to some it might be lacking on the low end. The ear cups might also be on the smaller side for some. Bluetooth and noise cancellation work very well. The construction looks very solid.

I got these headphones on sale for $79, less than half price at the time. The sound quality is excellent especially if you have an apt x source. I am not giving them 5 stars because the earcup is slightly small for my ear. They are pretty comfortable but not as good as my momentum wireless unit. I do like sennhesier headphones generally. I haven't try the newer models recently released at around $100. It might be a better choice. I can recommend this pair.

These are a great set of headphones. I'm not an expert and only occasionally use headphones when listening to music or watching videos on my laptop, but in my opinion these sound better than the beats headphones. I own both, and again, I'm not an expert, but for me these are much better. The only negative thing about them is that they tend to get too hot while wearing, where you'll need to give your ears a breather. Other than that, they are very comfortable.

I was looking to replace my old Sennheiser on-the-ear plug-in traveling headphones. These fit the bill. The sound is terrific, they easily synced with my iPad and Android phone, they fit comfortably on a small head, and they immediately muted all the noise around me. They stay charged for extended periods of time.
They are much bigger than the old ones, which tucked easily into a corner of my under-the-seat travel bag. And I did separately buy a hard shell case to better protect them from everything else I stuff into the bag.

I listened to both Dre Beats and Sony headphones and found the initial quality equal to all in the same price range. I feel the Dre Beats are good but too much base is the subject, the sony were ok. The Sennheiser was overall the best of balanced sound and noise cancelling. Fit and comfort are also acceptable. Ease of use is the same as any other Bluetooth set. I def recommend these if you are a music lover and not just a thump thump bass listener.
