sound quality is very good. It might be too tight, but seals outside noise well. Noise cancellation is not as impressive as Bose, but good enough. Cable is special, one side is 2.5mm balanced male plug. Bluetooth range is good compared with other Bluetooth headphones.

This is my second set. Very nice quality and sound.

I purchased these headphones after using Sennheiser PXC 550 for a number of years. The best part of these 458’s is their ability to connect to multiple devices. This way I can use the headphones for call on my iPhone and work pc all day. I am disappointed about the sound quality when listening to music. It’s not terrible but not nearly as good as the PXC 550’s

These are great Bluetooth headphones. While Maybe not true audiophile sound, it is still very good. Battery life is excellent and pairing had been easy and great.

The main reason for my purchase was to wirelessly connect to my TV and my computer. The headphones connected to the TV fine via bluetooth and received audio okay (a bit of an echo), but the headphones would not receive audio from the computer (although they connected via bluetooth fine). Sennheiser customer support (no phone support; had to communicate via email) recommended trying to update the firmware for the bluetooth chip on the motherboard ... that was not going to happen for a variety of reasons. I could get audio from the computer if I plugged the headphones into it, but the jack appeared faulty as the audio would cut out if I plugged it in completely (and yes, the PC's headphone port works fine with other headsets) ... this ended up being the deal-breaker. Other comments: as noted by others, the headphones are not over-the-ear for normal-sized ears, but I knew that prior to my purchase. I wasn't impressed by the app, but since I was only using it while troubleshooting the connection to my computer, I never even saw (e.g.,) the audio adjustment screens. Anyways, I returned the headphones. (BTW, Best Buy service was great, both regarding the online purchase (very fast home delivery) and the in-store return.)

Sound quality is top-notch! The only reason I gave it four stars is because the buttons are extremely difficult to identify without taking the headphones off.

The sound quality is very good for it's price(99.98), with a very clear bass and good enough tremble. But it's not very comfortable and the build quality is nah.

Great sound and the quality is there you just need to take a course on what all the tiny little buttons do.

I bought these headphones on sale and had high expectations. They were comfortable headphones but unfortunately, the sound quality didn't do it for me. I'm the type that likes to put on headphones right out of the box and not have to fiddle around with an equalizer. I also found that having all the buttons on one side of the headphones crammed together was a bit too much. I ended up returning despite getting a very good deal on them.

These headphone for the price are excellent, they have a comfortable feeling to them and do not fall off easily. The sound quality and noise cancellation are good, but this is where I’d consider a different set if you really want that immersed feeling, these definitely get the job done though.

My earmuff came off but I was able to put it back on. I think it looks great, sounds great and are super comfy. Long battery life and easy to connect to my phone.

Sound is good but doesn’t get too loud. Only complaint is that it isn’t a true order the ear and can get uncomfortable if you wear it for a long time.

they say over the ear, but for me (and most people over the age of 9), these are likely to be more on ear than over... they can be used wired as well which is great for situations like planes where you cannot blue tooth to the screens onboard. sound is awesome, as expected. battery life is good and recharging is quick and easy

Bought for my wife's workstation. Sound quality is good and is easy to use. She also uses it at night for her audio books via smart phone.

They sound amazing. Very clean sound and the battery really does last as long as it says it does.

The sound quality from the headphones is great. Everything sounded crisp and clear. The noise cancellation is excellent, although I couldn't tell much of a difference from when the active noise cancellation was on or off.

Nice headphones for the money. Find them on sale and even better value. The controls are a bit tricky to use but it takes practice.

Great sound quality. This is the first pair of wireless headphones that I own, and I am very delighted. Since this is the first set that I own, I can’t compare regarding noise canceling, the background noise it is definitely cancel when you are listening music, but when you are in a phone call, the headphones seem to pick a lot of the background noise. Overall I am satisfied with this headphones to enjoy music and podcast.

Wow! Couldn't pass up getting these for my daughter when you had them on an insane sale before Christmas! I have the older 4.40 and love them. These sound great and are exceptional, I am so jealous!
