Very solid headphones. Comes with a bag and all cables needed

The bass is deep and the highs are crisp! Pleasantly surprised at how clean my favorite beats sound in these headphones.

The sound and noise cancelling are great, but don't use these as a main pare of headphones for your PC. They don't work at the best without the mobile app, but the app does not work when connected to the PC. The shape of the earmuffs is very tight and is quite painful after even a few minutes of use making prolonged use impossible. I got these on sale on a black friday sale, for that price they make a great pair of mobile headphones for my phone, steam deck, and great for the gym.

My ordeal with a headphone purchase from Best Buy on December 1st was thoroughly disheartening. Immediately, the headphones exhibited an incessant noise problem, even when not connected to any device. Efforts to fix this through a software update backfired, leading to an inability to connect to my phone. Hoping for a simple exchange, I returned to Best Buy, only to encounter unhelpful customer service. They informed me the headphones were out of stock and insisted I pay a price difference due to a change in the sale status, which was quite unreasonable since I was seeking a replacement for a defective product. In the end, I was forced to accept a refund, which was not my preference. I had wanted a functional pair of headphones, not a refund. This entire experience, from the faulty product to the inadequate customer service response, was incredibly frustrating. I would give 0 stars if it were an option, as both the product quality and service fell well below expectations.

They were a gift for my son who says that the noise cancelling is excellent and they are very comfortable

I have somewhat big ears and these were very uncomfortable they are more on ear then over ear and the headstrap was hard and gave me a headache but on the positive side they sounded good and if they fit you then I'm sure they are a great value

My previous set of Bluetooth over ear headphones were Sony and they were far superior. first is connectivity. these headphones are really difficult to connect to my phone and they do not connect automatically in the same way that other Bluetooth headphones have. they also don't automatically power off when you disconnect your Bluetooth device from the headphones. If you forget to manually power down the headphones, you will come back to a dead set of headphones. The noise canceling is also ridiculous and stupid. I use his headphones for work and if I have to get on a phone call or a team's call, the audio on my end is really really bad. It does this weird thing where you can hear all of the outside sound and it muffles the noise you actually want to hear regardless of your noise canceling setting. and now the headphones are broken. I picked them up on September 17th 2023 and they were broken within the first 2 months of use. I'm working on going through the warranty process now. If you Google these headphones with connectivity issues or screeching issues, you'll see that this is a known issue with these headphones and one that Sennheiser has not remedied.

I returned this item. I did not use it. I simply changed my mind as I received another set of earbuds. Thank you

I had bought them for my sister's birthday and they sound Great sound quality. They are also quite comfortable.

I can't comment on sound quality because I never got to use them. The first time I tried to put them on the right earpiece fell off. I emailed Sennheiser and received a form response stating the I could ship them at my expense to their Connecticut office. They would determine in their unreviewable discretion whether the problem was their fault. If so, they would repair them and ship them back to me at my expense. In other words, I can spend a significant amount of money to ship a product I never used in the hope the company will deign to repair them and then pay again to get them back. This is the last Sennheiser product I will ever purchase.

I love it!!! I haven't had problems with my headphones. My husband loved it so much that I got him a pair. Love the colors too.

Really great for listening to all kinds of genres. Little uncomfortable for long sessions though

Just got these today 12/19 and was thinking that I finally found my replacement headphones. I was wrong noticing that the audio in my left ear doesn’t work whatsoever with Bluetooth. Oddly enough i checked with the 3.5mm jack and it still does work. Sadly I didn’t buy these to have a wire. I bought them for the wireless noise cancelling

All I can say is WOW! I've had several other headphones and ear buds which I've used to listen to music but I have never heard music until I used these. I can distinctly hear every instrument and voice nuance. While I may not be an official audiophile, I can say this is the best set of headphones I have ever bought. In noise canceling mode, it's like I'm wrapped in the music. I'll say downloading the Sennheiser app and setting the equalizer to podcast mode helps me.

Excellent choice for work, lighter, sound cancellation is great too!!! Battery duration is more than acceptable

LITTY. I have autism and these work well for sound.

I like the headphone, but because it has multiple connection ability and can be used with an app via phone to equalize your bass and treble, there's a pause everytime you get a notification. It's not worth the price. I found TaoTronics ANC Wireless Headphones better given the 2 prices.

Not really worth the money. I'd keep looking elsewhere.

Nothing too wonderful… its just an OK heqdset for tbia pricr range… nothing mich to weite about… i mean ita good but not great… somethign that yoh typically expect with this brand name
