Decent headphones. Sound is average and noise cancellation is decent. Earpads are more on ear than over ear and can get uncomfortable after a while. There are better options at this price point.

My dads headphones were getting worn out, like the faux leather was falling off, etc. Decided on these as a Christmas gift, they should be great!

I've had the product less than 2 hours. Opened the box, charged them for about 90 minutes and then began my inspection. Aux cord came broken. No noise when "locked in", and will fall out if not locked in; even not locked in, audio only came in from one ear and you constantly had to play with the cord to get it to work. The buttons to play/pause/next/back were all messed up. I could pause, but couldn't play again. The slides to move previous or next were backwards. Voice assist was honestly scary. It turns to ambient noise, and there is some static noise that makes you sound very distorted. Honestly no clue when ANC (active noise canceling) is turned on or off.

Fit and finish if the white headphones feel solid despite being of an all plastic build. The silicone feel of the head band is soft and grips the tip of your head without pulling your hair. The vinyl earcups are on ear unless you have small ears but they are soft and have a memory foam feel to them. I find the vinyl makes my ears start to sweat after 15-20mins of use. I do prefer if the cups swivel 180 to lay flat when not wearing them. These put pressure on my throat when they are around my neck. The headset does fold up and fits perfectly into the included travel sack. It's nothing fancy and not built for protection, but it does the basic job in holding everything the set came with. Time will only tell if the materials will hold up. Sound is good with the noise cancellation on. I did not get the feeling of pressure change with the active noise canceling on as I have experienced with other ANC headphones. But I dont think it's as aggressive on this set. No need to blast music with active noise canceling on. I found that these headphones were not for bass heads. Yet at full volume, there was no distortion and not painful for me to listen at those levels but that's just me and my bad ears. I would guess I'm doing further damage to my already damaged hearing. Connection via Bluetooth is simple and quick, with my phone, computer/laptop and tablet. With Bluetooth 5.0 i can have multiple , headsets or speakers connected simultaneously, which is perfect for plane/train/car rides so multiple people can listen to 1 device on trips. Range of the headphones allow me to walk clear across to every corner of my 2400sq ft, 4 level house and have my phone at the furthest point away and i don't lose connection at all. BT5's range does not disappoint. Battery life seems more than sufficient as I have used them regularly for a week and charged 2Xs. USB C! (everything needs USB C and BT5). Button placement on the right side takes some getting used to and because my thumbs are calloused I have trouble differentiating buttons. But thats with a lot of headphones I've tried. Overall I am satisfied with these headphones for home/office/vacation travel use but not for city trekking where i am constantly pulling down the headset around my neck.

After reading the reviews, I expected these to be so much better rhan they are. The sound quality is really lackluster for the price. The noise cancellation is nice, but the overall sound left a lot to be desired for me. The button interface is confusing and connecting to the app is a pain. Disappointed.

The sound doesnt match the price. Sounds like a headphone you can get a ross or marshalls. Build felt very nice and looked very clean. Bass is basically non existent. Got on sale for 80 dollars but still dodnt thinknit was worth it.

Amazing headphone with great sound quality. I have Bose soundlink and Sony headphones , I purchased this one for my wife and was getting a really good price. I must admit the sound quality ,clarity and build quality is not less than Bose and Sony in any sense. This product is amazing and highly recommend.

    Very Good - Not Great

These Sennheiser headphones are very good. Very good indeed. They just are not great. Out of the box connecting via bluetooth is a breeze. They easily connect with no issues. The unit comes with a charging cable a soft side case and a 3.5mm adapter. After charging them I put them on to find that I felt the ear cup is a bit small on my ears. This makes it a little difficult to get adjusted to. Sort of feels uncomfortable. Same feeling for the head band it is not comfortable and takes a bit of getting used to. I did feel better after more use, but it is not the most comfortable feeling headphones and that takes away from it in a big way. Just wish they would have made the ear cup larger and gave the headphones more heft to give them comfort.I find the on ear buttons a bit difficult to get a feel for. They are small and hard to adjust.. I simply take them off my ears make my adjustment and put them back on. Maybe I 'll get the feel for the buttons over time, but right now it is frustrating. The plus for these headphones is the super long usage time. They claim 30 hours of use. I have to say I must be at about 20 hours and it still going strong. According to them it only takes 2 hours for a full charge. The sound for me is quite good, but I am not a sound expert. It hits all the marks for my ears and I like the sound quality.. It is truly noise cancelling as I do not hear any outside noise when I use them. I used the 3.5mm adapter, but only to be sure it works. It is not something I will use in the future because today everything is bluetooth. There is an app available for use, but I do not need another app and EVERY product does not need an app. Sorry, but it gets crazy. Same for voice activated connections through siri, google and amazon. No thanks. This headset can connect through Siri and Google. As I said at the outset these are very good. Just wish that a little more effort was put in build quality for comfort and in design for button placement and ease of use.
