Try this headphones with a few devices (iphone 11, HTC one m7, iPod classic, Iriver DAP) . ANC is good and very gentle but sound quality is very bad. I used wire and Bluetooth and don’t understand how people say they are sounding amazing. It’s poor headphones I ever had. No Low no Hidh. Equalizer doesn’t help a lot. My old SONY MDR-M1A2 are sounding amazing compared to this ones

Clear sound, I remember I bought a sennheiser long time ago. And I remembered how good the sound was so I decided to buy these and I’m very satisfied.

I’m really enjoying these headphones but my only complaint is the cushion on the head strap is pretty thin. After 30 mins of wearing them they’ll start hurting the top of my head. Another thing is the headphones are best for someone with smaller ears.

Comfort is good, buttons, well, I hope to learn to use them soon. But the sound quality is a disappointment to me. I have $30 wired ear buds that sound much better.

    Worst Headphones

This has been the worst headphone ever. The headphone was only able to connect with my laptop once and has not been able to pair again. When I use the audio jack, the sound is not consistent. Sometimes I can hear sound but not words. Sometimes I can hear words but not music. So when I watch movies, the dialogue sounds muffled or the music is muted. Or both are muted. I would never buy this again.

Lasted less then three months, now in a perpetual loop of turning on, disconnecting immediately, and not pairing. A simple Google of the problem shows numerous people with the same issue. Just look at the one star reviews on Bestbuy... There is no fix other then to pay to ship the headphones to Sennheiser and hope they don't send broken ones back.

The Sennheiser HD 450BT, and by extension the HD 458BT, have an excellent reputation online for being great inexpensive ANC headphones. After trying these, I have decided the entire internet is wrong. These headphones are not at all over-ear, they are clearly on-ear. As a result, ANC is barely passable. The clamping pressure is painfully high. The sound quality is horrible (it sounds like those old coffee cans connected with string). There is no way, even with the Sennheiser app, to force aptX LL. Sennheiser's habit of using a 2.5 mm input jack is ridiculous. Just use a 3.5 mm so I can get my own upgraded cable without you. I have Sennheiser headphones in my extensive collection, but these are nowhere near adequate, much less collection-worthy. Try some better (more expensive) headphones.

I purchased the Sennheiser HD 458BT Wireless Noise Cancelling Headphones, hoping for a premium audio experience. Unfortunately, the set I received was defective, with noticeable issues in connectivity. I returned them and hoped to get an exchange or replacement honoring the purchase price, instead a refund process started and won’t be able to purchase the item with the same promotion.

    Very nice ANR headphones

I’ll confess up front that I’m a fan of Sennheiser headphones, so my review may be a bit biased, but the HD450BT wireless over-the-ear headphones are exactly what I’ve come to expect from Sennheiser. Sound quality is excellent throughout the frequency range, with subtle nuances of the music clearly audible. The ring of cymbals after the initial crash, a triangle in a symphonic piece, or the breath of a vocalist are all very present and clear. Bass response is accurate, and not overly emphasized as with some other popular headphones. If you want good, clean, accurate reproduction of your music. You’ll love these headphones. The active noise reduction (ANR) is also excellent, and is at least equal to my two other (more expensive) ANR over-the-ear headphones. I wore these while mowing, and they dramatically reduced the noise of the mower allowing me to enjoy my music. Bluetooth range is also very good. Easily meeting the 30 feet usually advertised as standard. I haven’t worn them for long enough periods yet to comment on battery life. The packaging is solid, and included are a 3.5mm 90 degree to 2.5mm straight audio cable and a USB-to-USB-C charging cable and a soft case to hold everything, as well as some documentation. They will charge via any USB adapter you currently own, or a computer’s USB port. Operation and pairing are quick and easy, and the ear cup mounted controls are simple and intuitive. I also made several phone calls in a variety of environments, and everyone I spoke with said that audio quality was very good on their end. The build quality of the headphones is excellent. They feel nice and solid with good quality plastic and stainless steel for the head band. I find them very comfortable, although for normal listening I’d prefer leather ear cup pads to the vinyl. However, I understand the design choice, as Bluetooth headphones are designed for active use, and vinyl will last longer and be easier to clean after a run or a bike ride. I also found the ear cups to be a little small, which isn’t a problem for my smallish ears, but might be a consideration if your ears are on the large size. Overall, I really like these headphones and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to a friend. Especially at a price point which is significantly lower than that of more widely known brands with very similar ANR performance and better audio quality.
