Lasted less then three months, now in a perpetual loop of turning on, disconnecting immediately, and not pairing. A simple Google of the problem shows numerous people with the same issue. Just look at the one star reviews on Bestbuy... There is no fix other then to pay to ship the headphones to Sennheiser and hope they don't send broken ones back.

Dont buy this I read all the reviews no one mentioned about the ear pads coming off I tried for an hour to put them on I couldn't put them back on out of frustration I threw them in the garbage they were on sale so I only paid $100 for them

Sounds quality is just ok compared to Sony. BT signal strength is not great even for 10-15 feet. Amount of use between charges seems to have gone down after the first few charges... I would have paid 50% of what I paid for this headset.

Short Cheap wire and sound quality is not good. Bass flutters on almost every song.

I ordered these during the cyber Monday deal. They wouldn't connect, just static noise. Sent back and just tried my new set that Best Buy sent me. They connect, but when I push pause they go into that static mode then turn off. I'm beyond frustrated as I live 4 hours from a BB which is why I ordered and was excited to listen to these. Wish there was a -star option.

These headphones would not play sound out of the left ear when connected via Bluetooth. Tried all troubleshooting methods that their support gave and reset them multiple times. When wired both sides worked but as soon as they were connected the left would stop. I work in the IT field, so it’s not just a “he doesn’t know how to work technology thing”

great headphones really but i still kept coming back to my audio technica MSR7. for me, it lacked clarity and cant hear some details compared to when i use my MSR7.

Impressive sound and comfort on long plane rides. Great quality background noise blocking. Easy to set up Bluetooth connection.

Decent active noice cancellation, with ability to connect to multiple devices at the same time makes it worth buying.

Headphones weren’t connecting via bluetooth. I tried pairing and it wouldn’t go into pairing mode.

This is a nice pair of head but the pair that I got has a lot of noise or static,on the right hand side ear phone especially on quiet scenes or soft music. I am planning to return for an exchange

There’s a buzzing sound when you talk that doesn’t go away. They’re comfortable and great for listening to music.

I've had these headphones for about a year. They've functioned decently, but for this price I really would have wanted better performance. A lot of issues with connecting to multiple devices. I do this a lot, and they have trouble jumping between several devices. The headphones will also prompt disconnect and battery messages, sometimes when I'm listening to audio, which is extremely annoying. There also are discomfort issues, I would have expected better for this price.

Given as a gift. They said they sound really good and the ANC works really well. Good value.
