Bad, Not good. They are only ok at canceling out noise. But the worse part about them is they don't work on airplane TV's. The cord has a three prong system for cell phones but that doesn't work on a standard stereo plug. So you only get one ear on a plane and sometimes only the music or dialogue. Would not recommend at all. Returned them.

number of things I didn't enjoy about these headphones. it uses a specific Sennheiser plug-in cord. when you enter the cord you haver to turn it so it "locks into place" wasn't so much a fan of that either. I also expected the sound to be better... sorry if I sound like a hater, just being honest. I returned the headphones.

Great headphones! They sit nicely on my head and have great audio quality. I use these for several hours at a time every day and only have to charge them about once a week.

This is an update to my previous review. My first headphone did not work, perhaps a battery problem. I sent it back for replacement under warranty. I had to pay to send it back. The replacement headphone would not even turn on. It made funny noises for about 15 seconds and then turned off. I'm done with Sennheiser. The quality control is really poor. Do they even test the phones before they ship them?

Purchased these on massive discount and LOVE the soind quality. Also, noise cancellation and mic work great. Have transitioned into using these for my work as i wfh.

What a piece of garbage the ear cushion came off and its almost impossible to put it back on because the manufafurer sennheiser designed it in a way the you cant wasily put it back on without breaking it or disassembling it. I spent hours trying to get it back on. And it wont the slits sre tiny and the area around the cushion that attaches to the headphones doesnt stretch enough for you to easily fix it. I really hope whoever designs this got fired

I used these for 24 hours and returned them. Not only were they painful to wear after an hour but they were extremely poor at filtering out ambient noise.

These headphones have great celerity but lack value and bass. They get nowhere near as loud as my Sony's that are more affordable. I feel like I need a DAC with these.

The buttons are too confusing for ease use... ANC never worked and could not differentiate whether they are ON or OFF...I would not recommend who prefers easy controls

Audio Quality is great, Use it for Video Calls and Audio Streaming.

I bought these for my brother. He’s ecstatic about the excellent sound. O got them on a deal of the day, but will now buy myself a pair at regular price.

My son needed a new pair of headphones to replace a pair that was wearing out. He enjoys the sound these produce. I would recommend if you are looking for a reasonably priced pair of headphones.

In ear headphones are not for me. These were very uncomfortable and wasn't willing to spend the time breaking them in. The price is tempting and I like the portability, but just didn't work for me and I like Sennheiser brands like the X38 on mass-drop, but they are open back not sealed like these best buy ones.
