I’ve owned the Sony m3’s and they aren’t cold weather headphones.. features didn’t work AT ALL.. picked up the Sennheiser’s wanting something different THAT WORKS IN COLD WEATHER. and satisfied with my purchase.. if you’re on the fence, these are a GREAT buy, GET THEM!!

So many great reviews I've seen about these headphones, so i was very excited to try them out. I was shocked at how below average these sounded. The bass was average, the music sounded cloudy and thin. And the volume is not really loud. I love the details in the build quality. For $400 these were a let down. I returned them the same day.

Once you get it connected to your main device it is very simple and easy to turn on and start listening. As for the bad, the touch controls can be a little bit finicky when you first get the hang of them, the companion app is very bad and I don't even use it anymore, and you basically have to use these with noise cancelling on because otherwise the sound comes out a bit hollow. Also, my first pair developed this weird issue where the right pad was producing a weird overwhelming static noise that there was no way to fix. Got them swapped and new pair are going strong.

They will inexplicably stop playing music while I am wearing them as intended. When the music is playing and I remove the headphones, the music continues to play. I've carefully reviewed all the settings in their Smart Control iOS app, but despite my settings, the headphones can't seem to give me a consistent listening experience. It may not seem like a big deal, but over time, it gets old and further feeds into my frustration.

Best over the ear headphones ive tried

It does have a bug that has been reported by other users though, that when you answer a phone call on your phone and switch audio to Bluetooth via the headphones, the call hangs up! Other than that, love them!

Offers amazing sound thanks to the support for aptX. 24-bit, 96 kHz is the max bitrate, so it's great for lossless audio. Tends to make a popping sound when it's too loud unfortunately.
