The previous model was the best earbuds I’ve ever had. This one has slightly better life and features like multipoint. But just comes slightly short. Sound quality isn’t as superior as the previous model at least I think so. It’s still one of the best sound quality. Fit has improved for previous model. Customization with sound and touch control still there and I love it. It used to have a weird chirp sound but after the update it’s no longer there. Overall solid and still love

Fantastic sound quality. Comfortable and good battery. 4 stars because my pair had a manufacturer issue and had to have them replaced

They sound awesome!! Punchy bass, mids and highs are great!! Incredible instrument separation! I really love how they sound in every music genre. Great Noise Canceling (although Bose is much better). The fit is comfortable but is a little tricky to put them in your ears and get the perfect seal (I have to use the large tips). The app has a fit test (very useful). Battery is great, I use them all day in the office without having to put them in the case to recharge.

Excellent fitment that makes for a comfortable experience. Sound range brings quality through out the entire spectrum, from lows to highs, Touch controls on each bud are logically configured. The case is really good looking and feels pretty well made. Wireless charging is a big one up for this model as well as type c charging. The app works pretty well when compared to any of the competitors.

I came to these from the original airpods pro and these are bar none multiple levels above in terms of sound quality. The fit is great and haven’t come loose or fell out once. ANC is good, but in waiting rooms with loud tvs (for example) I had to turn volume above 50% if that gives you an idea. If you care ablut Apple ecosystem and that seamless experience, the airpods win. But if you want the best sound quality at a similar price these are fantastic and top of the line. I got them on sale for $200 and they are well worth it.

These earphones work very well. They have good clarity on phone calls. I work in the oilfield and they are used daily. One headphone use at a time is great for working, and being able to still be present. Music clarity is wonderful and has outdone others and the app to customize eq is nice. Battery life is good and needs to be charged every other day. Only criticism is they do disconnect sometimes during calls and does not have a long Bluetooth distance. If I walk to the other side of my house they will disconnect. Other than that good earphones.

Some of the best sounding I've used. One of the few pairs I've been able to find that are comfortable for hours of use and does not fall out easily. I tend to have problems with others falling out easily or making my ears hurt.

As a part-time audiophile, I love sound quality but cords aren't always my favorite. I've used the Momentum 2 True Wireless and have tried the regular Momentum 3 Wireless. The battery life with the case for these buds are outstanding. I really like these buds they're even more comfortable than the Momentum 2 TW, my only complaint is that they don't support aptX Lossless. As a new flagship pair of earbuds, I believe that aptX Lossless should be the standard for wireless audio quality. I feel like the EQ settings could be improved but, they're more configurable than most buds as of now. Overall I would recommend these over any of the current earbuds out right now. -LEE406

Great upgrade from the Momentum 2 series. They produce much better bass and mids, soundstage is a definite improvement. Much louder without it affecting the sound quality. They also fit a whole lot better. I'm very sure with foam ear tips, the fit would be superior and you would experience an improvement in sound quality. The Sennheiser app is first-rate as it provides ways to tailor-make the sound produced to fit your exact sound needs. The much lower price point makes these ears buds a no-brainer. Just buy these you won't be disappointed!

    Poor longevity

I’ve been pretty disappointed with these lately. I picked them up at the beginning of January 2023. By August 2023, the left earbud started chirping loudly in my ear any time I was on a phone call. This issue has persisted, and now (late October 2023) the left earbud plays more quietly than the right. I have tried the different tips that come with them, listened to the left earbud in my right ear in case it was a hearing issue, etc., and nothing has worked. I have been very careful with the earbuds and have never dropped them, gotten them wet, left them in the heat or cold, etc., but the issue started anyway. The left earbud also chirps when I have sound cancellation on. These earbuds do have incredible sound, and I love how customizable they are with the app. The case is good quality, charges quickly, and I have rarely had my earbuds run out of charge on me. They are a great product, but I am highly disappointed with the longevity, especially for something I paid over $200 for specifically because I wanted a good, long-lasting product.

I’ve owned the wf-1000xm4 and I’d have to say I enjoy these more ( although I did replace the stock tips with Sonys tips). Sound quality is great, calls are great (couldn’t even use the xm4 for talking), battery and design. However, there’s some connectivity issues. Like, I’ll put my buds in the case and they are still connected to the phone. So, I’ll either have to reopen and close the lid or take a bud out. Not the worse thing, but an inconvenience nonetheless.

Cons: There have been three to four times when it disconnected and it will let you know that it will disconnect. When walking with it expect the music to be will interrupted. This is very annoying to have your music briefly stop and then turn on whenever I run with them. I checked to make sure the application and device were updated and I still had issues. Pros: It fits really well in my ear which did surprise me and I have worn them while running. I had to make some adjustments while running, but ultimately it did not slip out. I also love the feature where you can temporarily stop the ANC and turn on the ambient sound around you. The original Samsung Earbuds did not have ANC, but I had zero issues with the original Samsung Earbuds. I did not have any connectivity issues or interruptions while using the old headphones. You will have some issues with Sennheisers, but are you willing to tolerate these interruptions?

Sennheiser M-3's - another winner from Sennheiser

I am quite surprised at the quality of these IEM's. I actually have two (much more expensive) wired IEM's, and while it's not really a fair comparison because I run them through separate high end DACs, the Sennheisers are an amazingly pleasing, balanced sound, and are quite comfortable. They seem to fit snug in my ear, but I do not use them for sports activities. Definitely good value for the money.

Sennheiser finally got it right. These buds are awesome. I'm using them with the Galaxy S22 Ultra and have not experienced any connectivity issues that some are having. Quick story: The main reason I opted for these is for the multipoint connectivity. Let me explain - There was a multipoint firmware update about a week ago but it was rolled back because it caused other issues. When I saw the initial posting of the multipoint firmware update, I decided to get them. By the time i picked them up (4 days after the announcement) the update was rolled back. With that said, I'm sure Sennheiser will get this fixed with a future update now that we know these have the capability. But for now, the sound is unmatched. These things sound INCREDIBLE!! All frequencies are well balanced and can be fine tuned to your liking. I used the bass boost feature along with the EQ and I was able to get the perfect sound. Call quality was average. The mics canceled quite a bit of background noise but could use a little more tweaking with a firmware update. Not a big deal for me because I don't usually take calls in noisy or windy environments. Comfort was spot on. No issues with comfort or stability. Take time to try all the fins and tips to get the perfect seal. You will be truly amazed how these perform!! AWESOME PRODUCT SENNHEISER!! Now let's get the multipoint connectivity fixed!

Ultimate Earbuds with one annoying flaw

Superior sound for true wireless earbuds. The only real knock I can give them is that the connection is sometimes buggy. It's almost like you have to take them out of the case a specific way, otherwise the connection gets confused. These would be the ultimate earbuds if the connection was as smooth as my Jabra Elite Active 8.

So the first update out of the box is way too long but after that the sound is good and fit is good touch buttons work flawless but this was my second pair and both had these connection issues and sometimes static out of left earbud.Needless to say I will not purchase again but if you get a solid pair then they should work out great

I liked the M2s, but these are way better. They are more comfortable, stay in better, and Sennheiser always sound great. I like the case for M2s better than this case because i have to open the case to see if the color is green, red or yellow. They have a button on the M2 case you can push and it tells you. I miss the button

Sennheiser M3, hands down best all around. Sound quality 10 of 10. Sound is so clean and loud! No distortion at all. Bass is deep, which I personally favor especially when I listen to hip-hop or R&B. App has alot of good features that are usefull. Eq customizable is a big plus for me. Noise cancelation is good ANC is good. Most of all fit is pefect with the wing tips.

these earbuds sound amazing the sound quality is top noche and i have nothing to complain about the earbuds in terms of sound quality and features or the sennheisers app and the customizable configuration is amazing to set up to your desired layout so why the 3 star review well i am highly disappointed that i had to buy these earbuds multiple times well to be honest i bought the sennheiser momentum 2 true wireless two times and the version 3 once and all 3 earbuds had the same issue. on average i would estimate i used the earbuds around 2-4 hours a day which isn't that much the build quality feels great but its anything but great on the inside! for the sennheiser momentum 2 and the 3 the same issue arised the first pair of mtw2 i bought the right earbud went out and if you don't know you must have the right one out in order for the left earbud to work they later fixed this in the mtw3. my second pair of mtw2 also had the same issue and i iust brushed it off as if it was just a model defect so i decided to go with the new version the mtw3 thinking they fixed the issue to my surprise it happened again where the right earbud went out however this time my earbuds aren't totally useless due to a fix sennheiser did. any earbud will now functional without the other one needing to be out of the case. all this happened in the span of 3 years and in my opinion spending 600$ for earbuds in 3 years is not a practical at all. each earbud lasted around 1 year each and now im in need of a new pair and i am skeptical on getting the newer version the mtw4 so i will look elsewhere its a shame because they sounded amazing but with a life span of a year i would much rather spend my money elsewhere on something that will last a pretty long time. in my opinion these sound amazing and they are great for what you get however for 1 year use i would steer clear of these but if you do decide to go with these i highly recommend you get the extended warranty with best buy because these wont last

The sound on these buds is great and the touch controls are easy to use. The only problem I have with this that I had not seen with other brands is that when I am listening to music and receive a phone call, after the call ends the ear buds are still connected to the bluetooth but won't play audio. The only way to fix it is to disconnect and reconnect to the phone.
