Great product, the bass is good and the sound quality is exceptional

I have now owned both these and the Sony XM5’s and I can confidently say that the Sennheisers won me over in nearly every category. Specifically I care most about sound quality, which so far sennheiser is best at. The noise cancelling has gotten better with the updates over the years, but it’s still nothing near Sony’s. Otherwise, unless you ONLY care about ANC, get these.

I would have kept these but they're too small for my big ears, cant blame the brand for that tho since i have issues with most headphones. Great sound, great battery, beautiful design, lots of features, very good headphones

Was a great purchase, got it when it was on sale but even if it wasn’t I still would have gotten it. The most comfortable headphones i have ever worn. Its clear and loud the anc works great and pass through mode really surprised me.

These are really nice. Comfortable fit and great sound. Good for travel or office, but I wouldn't use them for commuting or gaming. The 2-ywar warranty is sweet. Sennheiser also has very good customer support. I bought these open-box and after an issue developed, I sent them in to Sennheiser and they replaced them with a brand-new pair!

These are great quality headphones. The sound is amazing and they are comfortable.

Overall good quality and good sound however there will be random times where my headphones disconnect from my computer or phone. Once in a while it will be a pain to reconnect as it will not want to. Great battery however.

Outstanding music, some of the best wireless headphones I have used. Mine came with a nice case, solid well built. The app is easy to use and has a ton of features, the nouse cancelation is outstanding. Battery life is days, I only have to charge every other day.

The sound is excellent, better than the comparable Sony IMO. The speakers are close to your ears. Really close. The band across the top is good. I found the ear cups made the area around my ears hot, sweaty even in winter, after 30 minutes and they were too tight, very uncomfortable at my jaw line. I had to return them. I wear glasses and had no problem with them, though. If these fit your head or you can get used to them, they are wonderful.

Great headphones, the anc feature is powerful and music sounds great using these headphones. Very long battery life and great case.

The sound quality of these headphones is amazing. The fit is next to perfect and they are not to bulky. They have a button on the side you hit to see your battery life.

Can’t go wrong with Sennheiser. My older model of the same headphones was great and lasted many years. This pair is definitely a step up. Better sound, longer battery life, and good noise cancelling. Plus they look awesome.

Pretty unbeatable sound quality, but connectivity can be a bit buggy at times. Overall, they’re better than any other headphones I’ve used. The battery life alone makes them absolutely worth it.

i love these headphones. at first i thought something was wrong with them. i quickly leaned my ears were just accustomed to sh*^*ty quality headphones. these are great. when i put them on, and have the noise cancellation all the way on, i get lost in music. they help me forget all of my problems. suddenly all that matters is the music, and the slight abrasions that i could not previously hear until i used these. battery life lasts days. app kind of sucks but whatever. thank you sennheiser

Toss up between these and the XM4, these ended up being considerably cheaper on an open box. Sound quality is amazing, noise cancellation is good, connectivity is fine (two connections max at any given time). Definitely feel warm after periods of extended use, but it is definitely manageable. Travel case is second to none. Had them for 2 weeks now, averaging a couple hours of use a day, have only charged them once the day of purchase, battery life is simply amazing.

Great the audio quality for music. Very Good audio for calls and decent background noise suppression during calls Good noise isolation. The only not so good is the touch pad controls. Minus 1 start is for that. Every wireless headset I tires had its pros and cons. For me audio quality of music was the most important criteria, so I am happy with my purchase.

I really like these headphones overall. The sound quality is where they shine — it’s detailed and revealing in a way most wireless cans aren’t. I’m hearing subtle elements in tracks I’ve been listening to for years (mouth noises, faint percussion, reverb tails, background layers) that I never noticed before. If immersive music playback is your priority, they deliver. Noise canceling is decent but not class-leading. It definitely reduces baseline ambient noise (fans, air conditioning, chatter), but it doesn’t block sound nearly as effectively as AirPods Pro (2/3). Planes, buses, and loud city streets still bleed in more than I’d like. Build quality feels a bit of a letdown given the price. The plastics don’t feel premium under the fingers — more “lightweight budget” than “solid high-end.” That doesn’t make them fragile, but it’s not what I expected from Sennheiser at this price point. Comfort is good for long sessions — pads are soft and breathable, and clamping force is reasonable. Battery life is excellent (multiple days of typical use), and the app gives useful EQ / settings control without being cluttered.

one of the best ones I've got into my hands. Clean, sharp sound, great bass, long battery life, quick charge, beautiful interface on the app. I don't know what more I can say. I tried several on the range of 40mm dirvers. This was the best to me.
