This is my third Momentum 4. Purchased the white set when they were first released and a black set a year later. I love the sound and comfort so 8 jumped on the new Blue Denim set on sale before Christmas. They not only sound incredible but they are beautiful as well. In order to get the best performance from the Momentum 4 you must use a device with aptX adaptive. That eliminates Samsung and Apple devices. The battery life is better than any other Bluetooth headphones. If you love the Sennheiser sound you'll love these. They make Bose sound like tin cans.

Clear winner for best sounding headphones

It youre into music and want the best sounding headphones, then the Momentum 4 is the clear choice. I’ve had Sony and Bose headphones and while they are great headphones, those brands are so popular that people lean toward them as a safe choice. I have too in the past because i bought into the hype but Sennheiser does a much better job at giving you the best sounding headphones. The NC is good but I will say Sony and Bose do a slightly better job, but for me that’s not the most important thing in a pair of headphones. Then there’s the battery life. Sony gives you 30 hours while Bose gives you 24 hours. The Momentum4 gives you a whopping 60 hours. For music lovers like myself, you can’t go wrong with Momentum 4.

Sound quality and light weight head phones. Very nice for price compared to air max that are heavier and bulky

Overall really great but wished they were a bit louder. I also have a very large head and this fit good but I do have very sensitive ears and long usage causes irritation. I would recommend to others I got them on sale for 300.

I guess 3rd times a charm because I started with the Sony’s xm5 but the sound quality and volume of some 400 dollar headphones was not acceptable. I loved everything else about them but I couldn’t accept how weak the headphones sounded to me. So next i got the AirPod max and i liked them but the right ear cup would cut off if you touched it and then they kept connecting and disconnecting even after i factory reset them so i traded them in for the seinnheiser’s. I wish I would of bought these first because the sound quality of these bad boys put these on a whole other level than the other two. I think Sony’s anc is the best followed the airpod max then these but the sound quality more than makes up for it I promise you! And they are 100 cheaper than the Sony’s and 200 cheaper than the AirPod max. Save yourself some money and get these

    Best Headphones I've ever owned

I took some time researching headphones and noticed these were not a brand heavily advertised. After further research, I genuinely am glad I jumped to get these. First off, the battery life on these headphones bring more convenience to my listening life. 60hrs of battery life and will give an hour of life after 10 minutes of a charge is phenomenal. Noise cancelling is a good 7/10, but the sound quality is genuinely what makes up for it. Typically I don't use ANC most of the time so it is no bother to me. Only gripe about these headphones is the auto-connect with any light movement of these headphones. Aside from that, these headphones are perfect!

I’m thoroughly enjoying this headphone. The music quality is excellent, and the ear cushions are incredibly comfortable. The battery life is also impressive; I can use them for several hours daily without needing to charge them every week.

The headphones have great noise cancellation and can also have great sound (if you adjust the equalizer). However, the headphone software is very flakey. Connections come and go and the operation of the software keeps changing without user input. I set the ANC at full, touch controls off and adjust the EQ. Using the headphones through the hours I find that touch controls are re-enabled randomly, ANC varies and connections are dropped - frequently. Perhaps I got a dud, but looking at the other reviews I find that these headphones have had problems for quite a while. You would have thought that Sennheiser would get their act together by now. I will be swapping these out for another and see how that goes.

Amazing sound, quality, ANC and features. 60 hrs battery life! Come on. So great. The best in class. I am admittedly super critical of products so I wouldn’t write this review if they weren’t an excellent product!

These sound fantastic, even better than the Momentum 3's they were replacing. Subjectively I liked the sound profile better than the Sony XM4 and 5's others in my household have. Noise cancellation seemed to be on par with the previous generation Momentums, but not quite at the Sony level. Ultimately I returned these, as, within a few weeks of purchase, they developed an intermittent crackling in the left ear cup - the same thing that started happening with my Momentum 3's (which lasted over 3 years) and lost patience. Sigh. Maybe others will have better luck.

These have great sound quality. I ordered these to replace my Bose QC35s, and I have been very happy with them. I did have an issue where the left earphone started having loud static, but I contacted Sennheiser, and they replaced the earphones for me at no charge. I will Definitely use these for a long time and enjoy them.

Great/accurate sound, up-to-par noise-cancelling with Bose/Sony's, while some of the features need improvement, E.G. ear-detection was somewhat inconsistent. Too bad it was not loud enough when paired wireless with my iPhone or iPad. To be fair I don't know if that was just the unit I got or a general issue with iPhone/iPad wireless pairing. I really wanted to keep it but couldn't justify to have to maintain a wired connection to my iPhone/iPad to get decent enough volume and fully enjoy the sound quality that these headphones are capable of. I'm waiting a bit, for newer firmware/software updates, before trying again as I am a fan of Sennhesier wired headphones and would like to have the same (or close to) audio quality from a pair of BT headphones, which these were was it not for the volume level issue.
