Will not connect to a Denon x3700h Receiver

These headphones sound excellent. I connected them effortlessly to my iPhone/iPad Pro BUT they will not connect to a Denon x3700h receiver. I bought them for my father so he could listen to TV. All other options either didn’t allow you to use the receiver or made the receiver play in stereo only which was not an option. I ended up using a Bluetooth adapter attached to a set of Audio-Technica ath-m50x headphones which works well. Have to return them since I’m already have too many headphones.

I am very critical when it comes to audio, not to mention the loss in response generally associated with wireless audio. These headphones do the best job for me in reproducing the audio that was intended. There are better noise reduction cans on the market, I was just looking for good quality audio for home listening. These do the trick. No overstock of features, just good audio “wirelessly”

one of the best sounding wireless over-ear headphones. slightly lacking in ANC quality, but sound quality and build quality were my top priorities. I tested 4 over ears in the $300-400 range and these sennheisers came out on top.

I don’t like many noice canceling headphones since they make me dizzy, especially Bose one( the newest one) . SENNHEISER ‘s one doesn’t. I love Bose’s speakers, I mean they are amazing, but not their headphones. Sennheiser always making great earphones such as Ie800S, Love them! These are also extraordinary as well. Sound quality is amazing for wireless headphone i would say. I guess Thses are really good for traveling( during the flight I guess, I haven’t bring them to the trip yet.) I just love Sennheiser products.

Probably the best headphones out there. This compares to professional headphones. If you’re tired of low quality but overly loud headphones than you will not be disappointed with this it’s both very loud and very high quality. Not to mention Sennheiser’s two year warranty is amazing.

The sound and noise cancelling on the headphones is amazing, and the ambient mode is wonderful... when it works. Mine would start randomly flipping between noise cancelling and ambient noise without any movement or touching of the buttons.

I was looking for a basic noise canceling headphone and these by Sennheiser work pretty good. I can still heal a little noise but paired with your smart phone and light music playing, you really cannot hear much. The music sounds great when you want to listen to something other than nothing when using the headphones.

The more I use this headset, the more I love it. The sound is immersive and great. It's a pleasure to use. The clamping force can be a bit much and cause minor discomfort over long periods of usage. Very easy to set up and use. Connects to my iPhone instantly. Biggest gripe: Could be cheaper. Long time Sennheiser headphones fan, first time active noise cancelling pair. The headphones are very typical of Sennheiser quality. Good sound stage, range, etc. I read a lot about how the noise cancelling isn't as aggressive as compared to Sony or Bose. Being my first pair of active noise cancelling, I can actually see why people say this - I can still hear things like faint conversation and some low frequency noise. Not a lot but its there. That said, I don't mind it. I actually prefer it. I like being somewhat aware of my surroundings. I used them in the office and I love how the HVAC and most of the conversation noise goes away. It's made me realize how noisy our environments can get. I more recently used them on a three hour flight. With noise cancelling on, I could still hear *some* of the ambient noise but not a whole lot. Again, it was an acceptable amount for me. The pair were very comfortable throughout the flight. I've had headphones, some Sennheiser's as well, make my ears feel hot or painful after just an hour or so. Not with these. The controls are fine. I prefer tactile/physical controls over a touch interface. That said, nothing notable about them other than they work well. Two sorta cons, more annoyances: 1) I wear glasses, the "temples" cause a small rift to stay open in the padding which allows some noise to enter the cup. 2) Sometimes, turning my head triggers the auto-pause feature. There's a way to reset the motion-sensor but I haven't had the time to research. I think its as simple as taking the headset off, turning it off, turning it back on, allow the headset to create a motion-sensing baseline, THEN put them on. Not sure. It doesn't happen enough to be super annoying. Love the set, love the sound, love the comfort.
