Headphones are comfortable. Much better fidelity than a set of wired $100 headphones that I had been using. About same fidelity as similar expensive pair of Sony headphones that my wife uses. Noise cancelling works great for the typical household noises. I’ve not tried them on an airplane yet. Use of headphones and the built-in microphone work well with Zoom meetings. Iphone and ipad tablet connect easily. Very pleased.

Besides having crystal clear sound, they also amplify outside sound when you want to hear someone talk without taking them off.

I purchased this after reading over a lot of reviews online and getting a sale price match. Even with the deal, it's definitely not for me. Too many disappointments. Listing it out below:
PROS:
-Ear pads - good size and fits over my big ears when positioned correctly
-Sound quality
-Lightweight
-Noise cancelling (good even without music)
CONS:
-Touch controls too sensitive (when you go to move the earcup or adjust position I end up pausing or skipping music)
-Bluetooth range - wouldn't connect from other rooms like my AirPods
-Clamping pressure - too much with my glasses on and slides on my head when loosening
-Inner ring of ear pads is cheaper vinyl that was crinkly and would likely start cracking sooner from rubbing on edges of ears
Although I wanted to love these and am a fan using other RF wireless Sennheisers, I ultimately returned it because of comfort and determined I couldn't use the touch controls well.

Tried them on at an airport kiosk before committing. Got them half off and what a steal. Great noise cancelling and extra features for calls. Doesn't connect well to my moto g4plus, likely not the headphone's fault. Slightly challenging to switch between devices but getting the hang of it (had to look it up in the online manual). Really liked the quality of the material and comfort of wearing them for a length of time.

Excellent Sound quality, Noise cancelling, Comfort, Controlls, & Features. The sound is very clean and has solid base. Noise cancelling is effective, and they can easily be worn for several hours without an issue. Preset sound modes are great for finding your preferred eq balance. The touch controls work perfect. Answering calls also is clear on both ends.

So I've only have these for a month or so, but the sound quality, comfort, build quality and features are fantastic thus far. I'm about to take them on a plane soon and will report back on longer term use and noise cancelling. I can say at this point that the app is pretty poor. The user interface is fine, but overall functionality is not smooth at all. I'll just stick to my apps as is. Will update when possible.

Likes:
- can connect to 2 devices at once
- has aptx
- fits snugly without being uncomfortable (although very long wearing periods do cause some minor fatigue)
- loves the sleek look! in my opinion, it looks more elegant than the qc35 and xm3.
- anc and sound mode buttons on the headphone themselves so you can make do without the app (newer headphone apps may not be compatible with older smartphones)
Dislikes: every headphone will have it's flaws and this one is no exception...
- the default case it comes with is flimsy and won't be sufficient enough to properly protect my headphones so i have to order my own on amazon for an extra $35
- Captune app is confusing to understand and i can't find any guides on how to customize it
- no physical on/off button so it's always on when i'm wearing it which is it's biggest design flaw...

Bought a pair of 4.5HD for myself at Xmas time and absolutely loved them. When these went on sale I jumped on them faster than a cheetah jumps on a gazelle. I have staple music I listen to in order to test speakers. California Love by Tupac and Dr. Dre, Star Wars Throne Room Theme and Dick Donner Superman Theme by John Williams. It sounded like I was in the studio with Dre and Pac, walking down the center aisle with Luke, Han and Chewy and flying with Superman. The sound is really crisp and clean. It was like my ears were drinking the worlds best beer. The noise canceling is excellent! Definitely worth every penny I paid! And I got them on sale for 200$ so that was a win/win for me. Bluetooth operation was as easy as turning a key. Linked up to my PC in seconds.

The depth from the driver and earcups is just enough to make comfortable for extended use. Sound signature is slightly towards bass and the EQ button on the headphones is welcome. Touch controls are okay but I'd prefer buttons. I can't use the noise cancelling as it causes cabin pressure and makes me need to pop my ears, too bad otherwise very good.

I am really pleased with this purchase. Sound quality is really good, great build quality and quite comfortable. I travel quite a bit and these do a great job drowning out some background noise and helping to make travel time more enjoyable.

These headphones are amazing performance wise. There are some downsides to these headphones. The charging takes way longer than it should, however these headphones last quiet a while for them to die. It may be the charger that has issues. The noise cancelling slider helps drown out many disruptive noises.

Solid noise canceling, large enough cups to fit my ears, good fit without being tight. I have used it for around the house and jogging and it worked for both. The app is handy because it allowed me to adjust things that other headphones would require me to live with.

My husband has been a fan of Sennheiser headphones for a while and I surprised him for Christmas. I was pleasantly surprised that it came in a case. I also tried them on and they are super comfortable and wireless, Bluetooth. With just a swipe of a fingertip you can skip a song, stop play... The sound feels like there is surround sound! Great Product, highly recommend.

These headphones are a bit pricey, but Oh..., they are worth it !! The sound is sweet, the fit is very comfortable, noise cancelling is superb, and the controls are intuitive. I tried headphones by Sony, Bose and B&W. Glad I found these...

The sound in these are amazing... touch capability works as advertised too. Only issue I had and I don’t think it was a fault of the headphones is the auto pause feature didn’t work well... but I think it had to do more with the streaming apps instead of the headphones... also, voice sync to videos didn’t have any lag.

I like these headsets, replacing a pair from 15 years ago same technology. Use them for listening to music , and internet media while others are watching tv or doing the same. Just used them on a flight to London and back,to the states.
Performance was very good,
Noise filtering was great , made the long flight more tolerable .
Not the biggest fan of the small buttons and swiping controls. Many times I would maybe adjust them and by moving my hand near the ear cup change settings etc, then fumbling around to get reset.
Sound quailty is good , bass a little weak, all in all for my purpose they are very good , much better then my kids trendy name head phones.

Highs and mids are very crisp; EQs can be adjusted via the sennheiser app to your liking. There is a respectable amount of bass but it’s neither overpowering nor does it cause any distortion. The ANC works well; there is a mild feeling of pressure when it’s on the highest setting but it isn’t unbearable. They are expensive but overall great headphones
