Received used item. Poor customer service. Very disappointed with purchases you can see little pieces of paper stuck in the picture. I did not even remove the bag as i was disappointed to see used item.

Shreds perfectly however, a bit loud. Also, suggests to not put in paper with staples.

This shredder works very well for up to 10 pages at a time. It does not get clogged like so many shredders do and It is not messy when you change out bags. It never over heats. I would recommend it for normal home use.

The value for this shredder is pretty good. It cross cuts nicely. Set up is simple and it doesn't take much space. I haven't tried shredding the full 10 pages at a time as it's supposed to do, as it slows down doing 5 or 6 pages. For getting rid of old bills and other home documents, it's great.

Fits my needs perfectly. I wanted a smaller unit than my 10yr old workhouse and I wanted microcut instead of cross-cut so I could feed my papers in any direction without worry of any info still being visible. My workhourse could take 10 sheets at a time but not this one. Max 3 sheets of regular paper. 3 sheets really slows it down, straining to chop it into really small chips. I'll take that trade-off to get the smaller pieces. No pull-out paper bin is a slight inconvenience because of having to find a place to put the cutter head while you empty the bin.

I have used this shredder for light duty shredding only once - no more than three or four sheets of paper at a time. It did its job, and I like the fact that it's probably impossible to reconstruct what's shredded - a drastic improvement from my old shredder. However, when the shredder arrived, I saw two small pieces of paper stuck in the shredder part, which made me wonder if the shredder was new. Since this is not an expensive item and I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning the item, I decided to keep it. For the price and functionality, I would say it was a good buy.

Very user friendly .it works great .it works as described .it cuts paper ,cards ,I've cut alot of stuff up .theittle money I spent is well worth all that time it takes to tear and cut things up ...my only regret is not buying one alot sooner ,as I spent many many hrs tearing and cutting things up ..

We are very happy that it shreds in little pieces but it is very loud. It is also smaller capacity from our last one. Does it do the trick? YES but maybe you can tell the manufacture that is awfully loud.

Great shredder! The microcut is much better than just the vertical strips. Tends to overheat quicker than I expected, but it's not a problem for us to just walk away from it and wait.

I like this shredder because it leaves the paper completely shredded. Like all shredders it is noisy. If they could find a way to quiet them, I would have given it 5 stars.

This machine is very fast and noisy, louder than any of the other shredders that I have owned. Maybe it will quiet down some with use.

Works ok, sometimes paper get stuck so I wouldn’t recommend shredding 10 sheets at a time although it says it I only do 5 at the most because it always jams.

Reliable, can shred for long amounts of time without overheating. Cuts the paper down to pretty small bits. Provides a gratifying shredding experience.

Great shredder! I have been using it for over a year and had no problem! It even shreds credit cards which is very useful!

This micro-cut shredder does the job for my home use very well and quickly! The only thing I can think of to knock on it is that the bin that receives the shreds is kind of weak, as it arrived shipped to my home cracked. But after returning and re-ordering, it seems to hold up fine. Just don't kick it or anything

i got too many sensitive (credit card bills, etc.) mails that i want to throw up but afraid of identity theft, so i bought this based on decent reviews. i think it's a bit loud, so i would not recommend if you are using it often. this is for occasional use only in my opinion. but overall it works fine

I replaced my deceased cross-shredder of 30+ years with this micro-shredder; which should last me for the rest of my life. It is very quiet, easy to use, and it was at a reasonable price.

Used it the first day I received it. Easy to use and shredded alot .

Over heats after 10 minutes of use. For quick shredding gobs it is great!

Shredder was an excellent deal. Very small shreds. Nice size for under large desk.
