Always can use a good shredder and this one seems to fit the bill nicely...good sized bin that you're not emptying every week and good sounding motor that doesn't sound like a jet engine everytime you use it

I looked at a lot of shredders and opted for the microcut type to ensure the greatest amount of document destruction. Price was great and it was delivered to my house without any problem.

Works well for home offices just not for heavy duty shredding.

This Sentinel shredder works as exactly what I expected. I do not have any complaints yet.

I bought this shredder almost a year as an upgrade for my cheap shredder I've had since college, and it worked great until the unit stopped shredding yesterday. When inserting a document, it runs for a second than quits; the reverse function still works. I contacted the company's technical support, and it is still covered under the manufacturer's warranty. However, customers are responsible for shipping the product to the company, which is almost half of what I paid for the unit. Therefore, I decided I'll just recycle the shredder at Best Buy and save myself the $20-$30 shipping cost. Thankfully, I kept my college shredder, which still works.

I have never seen a stronger little machine. This does the job well. I wish I knew about it before.

The shredder is small and convenient. A con is that it stops shredding one it gets to hot.

Kept getting jammed. Started with the 10 advertised. Then 6 papers and still jamming. Then 2 at a time and still getting jammed. Regular printer paper. It took longer to clear the jam than to separate the papers 2 at a time. Returned it.
