Receive product, it appeared that’s the product has been used. There was cardboard and paper already shredded up in the shredding gears. And there was a sticky substance leaking from the shredder as well. As soon as I opened it I saw this and packaged it back up and returned it back to the store. I didn’t wanna risk it getting a replacement of the same brand. So I’m still doing my research on finding the best paper shredder.

Used this a couple times and each time while in shredding it gets stuck.

Only had a little over a month and it’s already not working and too late to return.

Purchased a Sentinel shredder back in March that was for $79. Thought that was high priced. That was the only micro cut shredder that Best Buy had at that time. First, it worked great. In July, stopped working. Called the Company. They wanted me to send back the shredder. With the weight of this item, the postage would of been costly. I had suggested they send me a postage paid label. Their response was, "We can't do that." I thought that was very tacky. Being the shredder was sent to me without me paying shipping costs, why should I have to pay postage to get it back to the company? I ended up dragging the shredder by public transportation to my closet Best Buy. The Store Manager was very difficult and he would not accommodate me no matter what I said. I will NEVER order another product from Sentinel again nor will I ever order or buy anything in Best Buy ever again. With me being a good customer after all these decades, that's the way I get treated. So long- BEST BUY!!!!!!
