    this shredder is a 14 sheet paper shredder and i used three sheets of paper to shred and it got jammed and stopped working

    There's a piece inside when you put the top on the can that broke off that enables the shredder. Needless to say we had to get another one I think it was just poor construction of how the shredder was made.

    Garbage. But this might be more a reflection of best buy. I purchased a new product and recieved an obviously used product. My fault I was slow to return it and then figured I would just keep it. When I did try to use it, it didn't work. According to website it is no longer returnable. Best buy should not have shipped me a used product. I should have returned it right away. 1 star because I could not rate 0.

    Used a few times after receiving it. Now it won’t turn on. I made sure not to put too many pages in. Also, it won’t even light up.
