Awesome for the price!

The only thing I don’t like is the the bottom that holds the cut paper is on the light side and the machine part is the top so it’s heavy and can easily tip over.

good for small loads

The bin doesn't hold onto the main component so moving it around is a bit awkward.

Crap

I gets overheated after about 3-4 minutes and has to cool down for about 20-30 minutes until I can use it again. Very, very disappointed. CRAPPY

As long as you follow direction regarding how many sheets to be shredded at a time and so one, everything works great. Item is as described and is build tough. The unit bin is a bit small but for a small office, this is the perfect size. The crosscut shreds make for an even safer peace of mind as documents are hard to recognize after going through.

Big power in a small package.

It has a credit card slot too which is an added bonus. I also like that you can use bags from the grocery store inside, so there is no extra expense for special bags. I have used it for a month now and I am very happy with this product.
