Not as comfortable as I was hoping for the cost. Store does not carry any desk chairs anymore so could not try out before purchase. Not worth going through return procedure. Very disappointing.

I had to take this back because its just to small of a seat unless your under 200 pounds..

The chair is not the best quality chair for the price. Material is just ok and the product is definitely not manufactured by Serta as mentioned in the useless documentation that comes with the chair.

It fits my husband great looked online for several chairs. Liked this one and it is all what we needed.

This chair is so comfortable. If you want a nice chair, you can consider this one.

I sit in it, that's about it. Not too much more to say about a chair.

My arms are breaking off already, and when I lean back the chair lock pops open causing me to do backflips all the way to my neighbors lawn. 6ft 200lb, not even big and its only been 5 months.

The arms of the chair broke within the first 2 months of ownership. The back broke today. Very disappointing product. The leather on the arm rest is peeling and the back is showing signed of wear. Do not buy!

I found myself to have to have end less problem with your item.

Not a good chair to narrow and not really a Serra that as far as I could tell except for the sticker on the box . I returned mine after two days.

On the left hand side of the seat of the chair it feels like the padding is so thin that I can feel the metal or whatever the frame is inside it presses against my left side it's uncomfortable to sit in. It was great when I first purchased this in and then after about six months that's when it went downhill lesson learned do better research prior to purchasing furniture

worked well for about 6 months until the arm busted completely off, the screw holding the arm in place broke in half and the bottom half is stuck in the chair. im unable to remove the broken screw so i cant fix the chair by putting in a new screw. would not buy again.

Just put this chair together it is not comfortable. The Reclining in this chair is non existent. I would not recommend this chair, disappointed

I have gone though about 5 chairs and this one is by far the best. It is very comfortable, gives just the right support and was pretty darn easy to put together. All the other reviews nit picking the chair and just people who didn't put it together the right way. It's super nice!!!

I purchased the chair for my husband since it appeared to be wide and he is a large man. It was the perfect chair comfort wise but it is smaller than it appears. Make sure you look at measurements. I however kept the chair for myself and love it. :)

Much more comfortable than my last chair. Easy to assemble as well, no complaints after a month or so.

Comfortable, easy to assemble, would buy again……..

Nice chair; probably as good as most others in this price range. Not very comfortable.
