After previously owning a Serta office chair, specifically the "Serta at Home Blissfully High Back Manager Office Chair AIR™ Technology" -- which you almost can't find it anymore -- that I bought in 2015 and lasted me until mid-2020 with at least 8 hours of use per day (working from home) as an average build guy [6'2" 190lbs]. I finally broke down to buy a new one when the back of my old chair finally gave out. This new chair, I assumed would be the same quality. It's not. It's stiff. The "air-tech" back doesn't feel great. The cushion for your bottom isn't very thick. The hydraulic lift gives out ALL the time. After a short 5 months, I am finally buying a purple chair cushion to help with the lack of comfort while sitting. This chair may be good for someone with a perfect posture that only sits for an hour or two tops. While I may recommend this to my worst enemy, I wouldn't recommend it to my family and friends. As for ANY pro's... It was fairly easy to put together. It can lean back plenty far, and it may just be light enough to throw it out of the window. :)

beatiful chair but not confortable unless you are a very small petite person. if you have broad shoulders it will pinch your back. Also the headrest is too low and not adjustable as shown on site.

The embedded nuts in the back rest are not spaced correctly which means I am unable to connect the arm rests to the back of the chair. No when I log in to initiate a return, I am being told that I only had 15 days to return the $300 chair. What now?

Feels great! Easy to assemble. Gives me all the comfort I need while I work during the days. Sometimes I stand, sometimes I sit. When I do sit, it feels great.

The build was tough. Very comfy but not built for tall people. Makes too much noise while using it.

TERRIBLE CHAIR! I ordered this one because, aside from the color, it's the same as another one I purchased. Well, it's awful. It was a pain in the butt to put together and after five days, it was as if I was sitting on a concrete slab with metal poking out. After two weeks, it caused my sciatica to flare up. I got so mad I set it outside my office with a note that said "free if wanted, but so is the pain this will cause". I do not recommend this chair.

Looking for chairs for a bad or fatigued back isn't easy, I found this one first shot. Liking the support it gives me.

Its very comfortable and easy to use. I would definitely recommend for gamers.

No a grate item really disappoint , very noisy after a month or two , not comfortable at all

Have had this chair for about a year and it is already broken. Arm cracked and back tilts to the side. Would not recommend.
