    I only give this chair a 1 because you can't go any lower. This chair is poorly made and lasted about 4 month!!!

    Its the worst product I have ever bought! I heard that it was one of the best on the market. I received the chair and there were no holes for the arms and the back! When I put it together I was so mad I swore to never order another chair through you!

    After such poor service from BestBuy, I decided to return this chair. It was not comfortable at all, ended up buying something else from Office Max. I would've bought another chair from BestBuy, however I experienced the worst customer service from them. The customer service reps and at the store!

    Absolutely comfortable chair, especially when you're working all day long in fro t of the complex. It was pretty easy to put together and ready to use in 20 minutes. You will not be disappointed

    Product arrived damaged but based on the packaging it wasn't due to shipping this happened at the factory. The seat base had a tear and the lever retention clips were both busted. The black inserts on the arms were bent and squished to to the point they couldn't be used. First off. the seat back is a lot shorter than it looks in the pictures. I'n 5'7" and it only comes up to the top of my shoulder. No head support at all. Second, the leather is VERY cheap. I don't expect it to last a full year before wearing away, tearing, or flaking. The paint job on the metal was mediocre at best. abrasions and runs in the paint present on the arms. Honestly if I wasn't so busy I'd return it. I'd have to take it to the store since the original shipping box wouldn't survive a return shipment. Spend your money elsewhere. If the chair was prices around $100 it may be acceptable quality but this is pretty bad for what they're charging
