    It is comfortable but after less than 7 months, the chair slowly lowers to the floor making it useless. Would not recommend.

    I have had chair for less than a month. It squeaks and makes a popping sound every time you move. I have tried everything to make it stop, but its still does it

    They sent me the wrong color and then said they'd replace it but never did. Don't bother. Amazon has lots of nice pink office chairs. I got the same chair on Amazon for $4 less, with faster arrival date and I bet it will actually show up.

    This chair is very uncomfortable and unstable I spent over 200 for this I I do not recommend this chair!

    Light weight and initially comfortable. BUT I fell in it and then the seat leaned forward and never was comfortable again. Had my last office chair for 28 years with no issues. This is a lot of plastic and at least fabric, but it only lasted 5 months. Just go to Office Depot and find a chair that is strong and they assemble. This experiment did not work.
